Abstract

Envase (100, 101) para la infusión o la instilación de productos medicinales o nutricionales en el cuerpo de un paciente, que comprende una bolsa (2) de diluyente líquido (50) equipada con al menos un tubo de drenaje (4) provisto de un dispositivo de cierre (5), y un tubo de mezcla (6) equipado con un cierre abrible (7) y que termina con un dispositivo de acoplamiento y perforación (8) para una botella (9) de una sustancia farmacológica o nutricional (70) en polvo, gel u otro material, provista de una tapa perforable (60), estando dicho envase (100, 101) caracterizado por que comprende al menos una carcasa estanca y estéril flexible (12), que contiene dicha botella (9) de la sustancia en polvo u otra y dicho dispositivo de acoplamiento y perforación (8), estando dicha botella (9) alojada en la carcasa (12) en una posición de acoplamiento solo con el dispositivo de acoplamiento y perforación (8) y pudiendo manipularse manualmente desde el exterior de la carcasa (12) hasta una posición de perforación de dicha tapa (60) a través del mismo dispositivo de acoplamiento y perforación (8), caracterizado por que dicho dispositivo de acoplamiento y perforación (8) comprende un primer elemento (21) acoplado de forma deslizante a un segundo elemento (22) y capaz de moverse entre dicha posición de acoplamiento de la botella (9) y dicha posición de perforación de la tapa (60) de la botella (9), en donde dicho primer elemento (21) comprende un anillo (23) desde el que al menos dos solapas (24) equipadas con muescas (25, 26) adecuadas para alojar la botella (9) en la posición de acoplamiento, se ramifican verticalmente, y por que dicho cierre abrible (7) está coronado por una base circular (28) desde la que pares de solapas adicionales (27), a su vez equipadas con muescas (52) adecuadas para acomodar la botella (9) en la posición de perforación de la tapa (60), se ramifican perimetral y verticalmente de lado a lado, teniendo dicho segundo elemento (22) huecos (30) entre dichos pares de solapas adicionales (27) en correspondencia con dichas al menos dos solapas (24), siendo dichos huecos (30) adecuados para alojar al menos dos solapas (24) con la botella (9) en la posición de perforación de la tapa (60).
