Abstract

Un envase (1) de dos compartimentos para una composición alimentaria, que comprende: - un cuerpo hueco termoplástico (2) que comprende una parte inferior (2a) y una pared lateral (5 4) que se extiende a lo largo de un eje longitudinal (X) desde dicha parte inferior (2a) a una parte superior (5), estando provista la pared lateral (4) de un saliente interior (11); - una primera superficie anular (16a) formada en una cara interior (16) de la pared lateral (4), extendiéndose la primera superficie anular entre la parte inferior (2a) y la parte superior (5) del cuerpo hueco (2); - una segunda superficie anular (17) generalmente plana alrededor de una abertura superior (6) del envase; - una primera tapa de cierre flexible (15), sellada en la primera superficie anular (16a) por lo que un compartimento inferior (C1) de define entre la parte inferior (2a) y la primera tapa de cierre flexible (15), comprendiendo la primera tapa de cierre flexible (15) un reborde anular (15c) y una porción de cubierta central (15a) que define un límite superior del compartimento inferior (C1); y - una segunda tapa de cierre flexible (20), sellada en la segunda superficie anular (17) por lo que un compartimento superior (C2) se define en el lado opuesto desde la parte inferior (2a) entre la primera tapa de cierre flexible (15) y la segunda tapa de cierre flexible (20); caracterizado por que el saliente interior (11) define una pendiente, comprendiendo además la primera tapa de cierre flexible (15): - una porción exterior anular (15b) que comprende el reborde anular (15c) y que se extiende hacia arriba desde la porción de cubierta central (15a) al reborde anular (15c), estando dicha porción exterior anular (15b) en contacto anular continuo con el saliente interior (11).A package (1) of two compartments for a food composition, comprising: - a hollow thermoplastic body (2) comprising a lower part (2a) and a side wall (5 4) extending along a longitudinal axis (X) from said lower part (2a) to an upper part (5), the side wall (4) being provided with an inner projection (11); - a first annular surface (16a) formed on an inner face (16) of the side wall (4), the first annular surface extending between the lower part (2a) and the upper part (5) of the hollow body (2); - a second annular surface (17) generally flat around an upper opening (6) of the container; - a first flexible closing cover (15), sealed on the first annular surface (16a) whereby a lower compartment (C1) is defined between the lower part (2a) and the first flexible closing cover (15), comprising the first flexible closure cover (15) an annular flange (15c) and a central cover portion (15a) defining an upper limit of the lower compartment (C1); and - a second flexible closing cover (20), sealed on the second annular surface (17) whereby an upper compartment (C2) is defined on the opposite side from the bottom (2a) between the first flexible closing cover (15) and the second flexible closure cover (20); characterized in that the inner projection (11) defines a slope, further comprising the first flexible closing cover (15): - an annular outer portion (15b) comprising the annular flange (15c) and extending upwardly from the portion of central cover (15a) to the annular flange (15c), said outer annular portion (15b) being in continuous annular contact with the inner projection (11).
