Abstract

1. Sujetador para la retención de una tira embellecedora, espacialmente para automóviles, en una posición de cierre a modo de puente en la separación entre dos elementos separados donde el sujetador se fija a un panel dispuesto en dicha separación, cuyo sujetador comprende un cuerpo, medios en dicho cuerpo para retener el sujetador en la cara inferior de una tira embellecedora con el sujetador dispuesto en la separación, una patilla elástica que a partir del citado cuerpo se extiende hacia abajo por el interior de la separación con los mencionados medios de retención acoplados en la tira embellecedora que cierra la separación, cuya patilla es de sección sustancialmente rómbica y presenta una porción inferior en V según un vértice curvado a partir del cual se extienden un par de ramas inferiores divergentes y una parte superior que comprende un par de ramas superiores convergentes, caracterizado porque una primera de dichas ramas superiores (30) unen dicha patilla (24) a dicho cuerpo (12), formando un ángulo obtuso con una de dichas ramas (26), de dichas ramas inferiores (26, 28), y una segunda rama (32) de dichas ramas superiores (30, 32) está unida a la otra rama (28) de dichas ramas inferiores formando un ángulo obtuso y termina en el extremo libre separado de dicha primera rama superior (30); con lo que la rama inferior (28) facilita la entrada de la patilla (24) en una abertura alargada (56) con dicha rama inferior (28) extendida enteramente a través de dicha abertura alargada y un par de dedos elásticos alargados (20, 22) respectivamente dispuestos cada uno en uno de dichos brazos (16, 18) y extendidos en general hacia la lengüeta (14), y transversalmente con respecto a una porción de la tira embellecedora (36) provista de un borde que se acopa con dichos brazos (16, 18) y cuyo borde opuesto se acopla con la citada lengüeta (14). 2. Sujetador, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque una de dichas ramas superiores (30, 32) está provista de una abertura (35, 35a) adyacente al extremo de la otra rama superior, cuyo extremo termina en una pestaña (34. 34a) que tiene menor anchura que la citada abertura (35, 35a) para proporcionar la entrada de la pestaña (34, 34a) a través de la abertura (35, 35a) con el fin de facilitar el paso de la patilla (24) del sujetador a través de la mencionada abertura alargada (56) del panel. 3. Sujetador, según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque el sujetador (10, 10a) se fabrica de acero elástico. 4. Sujetador para la retención de una tira embellecedora, especialmente para automóviles.
