Description
The present invention refers to a self-ventilated prefabricated facade constituted by a set of panels where each panel is provided with a ventilation chamber, thermal-acoustic insulation layer and exterior finishing material layer in a single piece, allowing its installation simultaneously and directly in a single operation on the face of existing buildings or new construction.
State of the art / Background of the invention.
Currently, the facades of the buildings are constituted by prefabricated panels that are fixed to the concrete and / or metal structure by means of anchors that cover the height of a floor or several, with which the construction of the facade of the building in question results much cheaper and is done faster than those made with conventional walls. These prefabricated panels have the mission of covering the front of the building constituting the facade, but they do not have insulating characteristics regarding cold / heat, noise and / or ventilation. Such a circumstance implies that once the aforementioned prefabricated panels are installed, they require the subsequent completion of finishing operations, such as, for example, the coating on their inner face of a layer of insulating material. On the other hand, during the assembly of these prefabricated panels the possible deviations that exist in the structures of the building are not taken into account, so they do not satisfactorily meet the expected perspectives. We can cite as background the following documents belonging to the state of the art: the Spanish patent ES2279654 "integral system of building enclosures" and the European patent application with no. EP2138646 "Ventilated façade enclosure". The first patent promulgates an integral enclosure system by installing prefabricated modulated elements formed by vertical and horizontal profiles, insulating panels, the interior wall and the ventilated facade. Therefore, this system is characterized by requiring the installation of profiles attached to the building on which the prefabricated modulated elements are fixed.
The second patent, after the first, promulgates a ventilated facade enclosure provided with modular elements that together form the panels that are installed directly on the building. These panels meet the requirements of insulation and external decorative termination. Insulation panels and external cladding panels form the elements of the enclosure that, connected, are placed on the facade. From the prior art, systems are known by means of which it is possible to assemble the modulated elements on facades in several stages, however, the lack of a panel having a ventilation, insulation and exterior cladding chamber is observed. a single piece to allow said assembly in a single operation.
Descripción de la invención Description of the invention
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problem, by allowing the installation on the wall of a building, simultaneously and directly in a single operation, panels that are characterized by their lightness and incorporate in their structure insulating material, material of exterior finish and ventilation chambers This operation reduces installation times and their corresponding cost savings on site. To do this, and more specifically, the self-ventilated prefabricated facade is composed of a plurality of panels that are fixed to the face of a new or existing building. Each of these panels (1) is composed of a layer of exterior finishing material (2), an air chamber to allow ventilation (3) and a layer of thermal-acoustic insulation (4), all forming a single piece, so that the ventilation air chamber (3) is comprised between the outer finishing material layer (2) and the thermal-acoustic insulation layer (4). The ventilation air chamber (3) passes through each panel vertically and forms openings (5) at the upper and lower ends to ensure air circulation. To ensure effective ventilation in each panel, the ventilation air chambers (3), arranged vertically, communicate with each other through transverse channels (6) and are provided with lateral openings (7) that connect the transverse channels (6) of a panel with the channels of the panels located on its sides.
The thermal-acoustic insulation layer (4) of each panel indicated above is composed of one or several base insulating layers (8) on which another compressible insulating layer (9) can be added so that the latter is the one It rests on the exterior wall of the building to adapt to possible irregularities that may exist. On the other hand, indicate that the ventilation air chambers (3) in each panel can be found inserted in the base insulating layer (8) or in the layer of exterior finishing material (2), so that in the first case Projections are formed between each of the chambers in the base insulating layer itself (10), while in the second option the projections are formed in the outer finishing material layer (11). Regarding the path used for fixing the panels to the building wall, anchors (12) or adhesives can be used that allow direct fixing to the building wall or use auxiliary substructures of metal profiles to which the aforementioned would be fixed. panels. In the specific case of using anchors (12), it will be necessary that each panel (1) be provided with at least one hole (13) for the insertion of at least one fixing anchor (12) that will be installed directly on The building wall. This fixing method allows a very quick and easy installation. Finally, indicate that the panels may be provided with tongue and groove joints (14) that will be located at the upper, lower and / or lateral ends of each of the panels to allow connection to each other.

In view of the aforementioned figures and according to the numbering adopted, we can see how the self-ventilated prefabricated facade object of the invention is provided with panels so that each panel (1) is formed by the layer of exterior finishing material (2 ), ventilation air chambers (3) and a thermal-acoustic insulation layer (4). In this way, the layer of exterior finishing material (2) is preferably made of ceramic material due to its lightness, which makes it possible to obtain easily manipulated panels. This supposes an important advantage both in the transport and in the assembly of the mentioned facade. Regarding the thermal-acoustic insulation layer (4), we can see in Figure 1 that it is formed by a base insulating layer (8) and a second compressible insulating layer (9) that is supported by the building wall. Where the material used for the base insulating layer (8) is high density rock wool and the material of the compressible insulating layer (9) can be lower density rock wool.
In relation to the ventilation air chambers (3), specify that these are inserted in the thermal-acoustic insulation layer (4), as shown in Figure 1, so that protrusions (10) are formed in this last layer. Thus, the highlights are also made of high density rock wool.
On the other hand, the holes (13) used to fix the building wall are made to coincide with the projections (10) of the panel to achieve greater ease of assembly. In this way, each panel (1) is provided with four holes
En relación con el montaje, los paneles se sitúan a testa unos respecto otros, de (13) located in the corners, all of them coinciding with the highlights of the panel (1). In relation to the assembly, the panels are located at each other, of
