Abstract

2. Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement

The purpose of the application refers to an agricultural equipment for tillage of the land whose elements are a frame with means for connection to a tractor vehicle and that supports plow arms that, in turn, support the bars; a roller device and a raking device.

The request consists of nine claims; being the first independent and the rest dependent on her.

Claim 1 describes the following technical characteristics:

D01 describes a ground preparation equipment that is connected to a tractor vehicle (102, 103) with a frame (108) that supports plowshares (213, 230), a roller (390,410) and raking device (360 ). Rollers and rakes can be adjusted in their positioning (paragraph 0093).

The plowing devices are mounted on arms (222, 232) with their corresponding discs (220, 230) that are coupled to the frame and arranged parallel to each other.

The main difference between D01 and the invention of the application is that mobile cars can move laterally by widening and reducing the width of work on the street, thus adapting to the type of crop.

Therefore it is considered that claim 1 of the application as well as all others that depend on it are considered new and have inventive activity (Art. 6.1 and Art. 8.1 LP 11/1986).
