Abstract
Una estación base (200, 2001) que comprende: una unidad de determinación de temporización de transmisión que determina una temporización de transmisión en base a la planificación realizada tras una solicitud de transmisión de datos desde una estación móvil (100); una unidad de notificación de temporización de transmisión que notifica a la estación móvil (100) la temporización de transmisión determinada; una unidad de recepción (202) que recibe datos desde la estación móvil (100) de acuerdo con la temporización de transmisión; y una unidad de notificación de solicitudes de retrasmisión que transmite una señal de solicitud de retrasmisión a la estación móvil (100), caracterizada porque, cuando la estación base (200, 2001) no ha conseguido descodificar los datos recibidos, la unidad de recepción (202) espera a recibir los datos enviados desde una estación base no de servicio (200, 2002) de la estación móvil (100) durante un periodo de tiempo predefinido, y si la unidad de recepción (202) no ha recibido los datos desde la estación base no de servicio (200, 2002) durante dicho periodo de tiempo predefinido, la unidad de notificación de solicitudes de retransmisión transmite la señal de solicitud de retransmisión a la estación móvil (100).
