Un conjunto que comprende: - una bolsa; - un producto que llena dicha bolsa; y - un accesorio que se aplica sobre la bolsa a través del método de sellado ultrasónico; en que dicha bolsa se produce sin ningún accesorio o dispositivo de abertura y se cierra por completo una vez llena, caracterizado por el hecho de que el accesorio se aplica a través del método de sellado ultrasónico una vez llenada y sellada la bolsa, y en que dicha bolsa está hecha de un material en película tratada especialmente en la superficie interior a través de la adición de un barniz especial o capa de película para evitar un sellado en dicha posición, o en que dicho accesorio consiste de cualquier polímero termoplástico o un polímero mezclado especial, tal como metaloceno.

Un conjunto con una bolsa y un accesorio, así
como un procedimiento para su fabricación.
El presente invento hace referencia a un conjunto
que comprende una bolsa, un producto que llena dicha bolsa y un
accesorio que se aplica a la bolsa utilizando un método de sellado
ultrasónico.
Ya se conoce en la técnica la manera de sellar
accesorios en bolsas. El modo de proceder consiste en usar
calentamiento o sellado por ultrasonidos. La técnica de sellado por
ultrasonidos comprende el uso de vibraciones mecánicas de alta
frecuencia transmitidas a través de las piezas termoplásticas a fin
de generar la formación de calor por fricción en una interface. Se
conoce el modo de aplicar accesorios sellados ultrasónicamente,
pero el sellado se realiza en una bolsa vacía: se forma la bolsa,
se sella el accesorio en dicha bolsa, se llena con el producto, por
ejemplo mediante llenado aséptico y finalmente se sella la bolsa
para obtener el conjunto a punto de ser almacenado. El problema de
dicha solución es que la fabricación de dicho conjunto requiere
mucho tiempo y la línea de producción es demasiado compleja, dado
que comprende una fase más en el proceso. Asimismo, existe un
riesgo de que el sellado del accesorio no sea bastante seguro. La
patente WO 63.212.531 hace referencia a un proceso de soldadura en
que una parte de una película no se suelda al insertar resina
sintética o pintura que tiene un punto de fusión superior al de la
película. Dicha patente no hace referencia a la soldadura de un
accesorio en una bolsa.
El objeto del presente invento es tener un
conjunto que comprende una bolsa y un accesorio, en que el tiempo de
producción sea más corto que en la técnica anterior, la línea de
producción sea más sencilla y el accesorio sea sellado para un
almacenaje más seguro, minimizando el riesgo de despegado.
El presente invento hace referencia a un conjunto
que comprende:

- una bolsa;
- -
- un producto que llena dicha bolsa; y
- -
- un accesorio que se aplica sobre la bolsa a través del método de sellado ultrasónico;
en que dicha bolsa se produce sin
ningún accesorio o dispositivo de abertura y se cierra por completo
después del llenado, aplicándose el accesorio a través del método
de sellado ultrasónico una vez llenada y sellada la bolsa, estando
dicha bolsa hecha de un material en película tratada especialmente
en la superficie interior a través de la adición de un barniz
especial o capas de película para evitar un sellado en dicha
posición, o en que dicho accesorio consiste de cualquier polímero
termoplástico o un polímero mezclado especial, tal como
metaloceno.
Se llena la bolsa con el producto, luego se
cierra la bolsa y se sella ultrasónicamente el accesorio a dicha
bolsa. De acuerdo con el invento es importante que el material en
película de la bolsa sea tratado por su superficie interna para
evitar el sellado de ambas capas de la bolsa: esto se explicará más
claramente con respecto a los dibujos. La superficie interna tiene
un barniz especial o una capa de película.
El material de la bolsa tiene propiedades de
baja, media o alta barrera. Preferiblemente, el material de la bolsa
tiene unas altas propiedades de barrera. El material se elige del
grupo consistente en polímeros amorfos como ABS, aleación
ABS/policarbonato, acrílico, multipolímero acrílico,
butadineno/estireno, resinas basadas en óxido fenileno,
poliamidaimida, polieterimida, polietersulfona, poliestireno (de
uso general), poliestireno (caucho modificado), polisulfono, PVC y
polímeros semicristalinos, como acetal, celulósicos,
fluoropolímeros, poliéster termoplástico, inomero, polímeros de
cristal líquido, nylon, tereftalato de polietileno, tereftalato de
polibutileno, polietileno y polipropileno.
La bolsa es una película plástica, un laminado o
una película coextrusionada en forma de una bolsa semirrígida o una
bolsa blanda.
El polímero termoplástico utilizado para el
accesorio debe ser compatible con el material de la bolsa. El
accesorio debe ser del mismo material antes citado para la bolsa.
Dicho accesorio está hecho de un cuerpo y una base, comprendiendo
dicha base ranuras concéntricas para mejorar la soldadura
ultrasónica.
Haciendo referencia al tipo de productos para
llenar la bolsa, los mismos se toman del grupo consistente
alimentos o comida para animales de compañía, líquidos y viscosos,
productos clínicos nutritivos, productos lácteos, cualquier tipo de
jugo, productos de fruta, agua mineral, bebidas suaves, sopas,
salsas, otras salsas incluyen condimentos y mayonesa.
De acuerdo con una forma de realización del
invento, el accesorio comprende un tapón o cierre tipo abertura
rápida y se retira el producto a través del accesorio con medios
especiales, por ejemplo un dispositivo de perforación ya conocido
en el sector. Según una segunda forma de realización del invento, el
accesorio comprende un cierre tipo roscado y dentro de dicho
accesorio existe una pieza a prueba de intromisión, que es
preperforada y sellada conjuntamente con el material de la
bolsa.
El producto se llena en la bolsa bajo condiciones
frescas, asépticas, UHT, pasteurizadas o esterilizadas.
El presente invento también concierne a un
procedimiento para la fabricación del conjunto antes descrito, en el
cual:
- -
- se llena la bolsa con el producto y luego se sella;
- -
- luego se transporta la bolsa sobre medios transportadores a un dispositivo de sellado por ultrasonidos, donde dicho dispositivo es cargado con un accesorio y movido hacia abajo sobre la bolsa, prensando el accesorio contra un yunque;
- -
- se libera una cantidad de energía y se transporta mediante el dispositivo de sellado a la base del accesorio, de manera que tiene lugar el sellado del accesorio sobre la bolsa;
- -
- se levanta el dispositivo de sellado; y
- -
- se libera la bolsa.
La cantidad de energía del proceso de sellado
depende del tipo de accesorio y del material de la bolsa.
Preferiblemente, la bolsa es una multicapa de
polietileno/poliamida/EVOH/polietileno y el accesorio un polietileno
de alta densidad.
El dispositivo de sellado está diseñado de una
manera especial para crear directores de energía para guiar
especialmente, a fin de enfocar la energía a determinados lugares
durante dicho proceso de sellado.
El sellado se lleva a cabo en un dispositivo
Branson, en el cual puede controlarse la energía liberada para el
proceso de sellado.
A continuación se ilustra, a modo de ejemplo, el
presente invento en los dibujos adjuntos, en los cuales:
La figura 1 es una vista esquemática antes de
sellar el accesorio;
La figura 2 es una vista esquemática durante el
sellado; y
La figura 3 es una vista esquemática después del
sellado.
La bolsa (1) se llena con un producto nutritivo
clínico (2): se sella la bolsa y se prepara la colocación del
accesorio (3). El accesorio tiene una base (4). El cabezal de
sellado ultrasónico (5) se coloca con su abertura (6) justo sobre el
accesorio y la bolsa se coloca justo sobre un yunque (7).
Luego se desplaza el cabezal ultrasónico (5)
hacia abajo (figura 2), a fin de que el accesorio (3) penetre en la
abertura (6) del cabezal ultrasónico, y dicho cabezal aprieta la
bolsa (1) contra el yunque (7). A continuación se establece la alta
frecuencia y el calor desarrollado permite sellar la base (4) del
accesorio sobre la bolsa llena. Gracias al barniz especial o capa de
película en la superficie interior de la bolsa, tan solo se sella
el accesorio y no ambas capas de la bolsa.
Finalmente, el cabezal ultrasónico se mueve hacia
arriba (figura 3), el accesorio (3) queda sellado en el costado
exterior de la bolsa por su base (4) y entonces dicha bolsa está a
punto para ser almacenada.
Claims (12)
1. Un conjunto que comprende:
- -
- una bolsa;
- -
- un producto que llena dicha bolsa; y
- -
- un accesorio que se aplica sobre la bolsa a través del método de sellado ultrasónico;
en que dicha bolsa se produce sin
ningún accesorio o dispositivo de abertura y se cierra por completo
una vez llena, caracterizado por el hecho de que el
accesorio se aplica a través del método de sellado ultrasónico una
vez llenada y sellada la bolsa, y en que dicha bolsa está hecha de
un material en película tratada especialmente en la superficie
interior a través de la adición de un barniz especial o capa de
película para evitar un sellado en dicha posición, o en que dicho
accesorio consiste de cualquier polímero termoplástico o un
polímero mezclado especial, tal como
metaloceno.
2. Un conjunto de acuerdo con la reivindicación
1, en que el accesorio comprende un tapón o cierre tipo abertura
rápida y se retira el producto a través del accesorio con un
elemento especial.
3. Un conjunto de acuerdo con la reivindicación
1, en que el accesorio comprende un cierre tipo roscado y dentro de
dicho accesorio existe una pieza a prueba de intromisión, que es
preperforada y sellada conjuntamente con el material de la
bolsa.
4. Un conjunto de acuerdo con una cualquiera de
las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, en que el material de la bolsa tiene
propiedades de baja, media o alta barrera.
5. Un conjunto de acuerdo con la reivindicación
4, en que el material de la bolsa es una película plástica, una
película laminada en forma de una bolsa semirrígida o de una bolsa
blanda.
6. Un conjunto de acuerdo con una cualquiera de
las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, en que el producto se toma del grupo
consistente en alimentos o comida para animales de compañía,
líquidos y viscosos, productos clínicos nutritivos, productos
lácteos, cualquier tipo de jugo, productos de fruta, agua mineral,
bebidas suaves, sopas, salsas, otras salsas incluyen condimentos y
mayonesa.
7. Un conjunto de acuerdo con una cualquiera de
las reivindicaciones 1 a 6, en que el producto se llena bajo
condiciones frescas, asépticas, UHT, pasteurizadas o
esterilizadas.
8. Un conjunto de acuerdo con una cualquiera de
las reivindicaciones 1 a 7, en que el accesorio está hecho de un
cuerpo y una base, comprendiendo dicha base ranuras
concéntricas.
9. Un procedimiento para la fabricación del
conjunto de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a
8, en el cual:
- -
- se llena la bolsa con el producto y luego se sella;
- -
- luego se transporta la bolsa sobre medios transportadores a un dispositivo de sellado por ultrasonidos, donde dicho dispositivo es cargado con un accesorio y movido hacia abajo sobre la bolsa prensando el accesorio contra un yunque;
- -
- se libera una cantidad de energía y se transporta mediante el dispositivo de sellado a la base del accesorio, de manera que tiene lugar el sellado del accesorio sobre la bolsa;
- -
- se levanta el dispositivo de sellado; y
- -
- se libera la bolsa.
10. Un procedimiento de acuerdo con la
reivindicación 9, en que la cantidad de energía del proceso de
sellado depende del tipo de accesorio y del material de la
bolsa.
11. Un procedimiento de acuerdo con una
cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 9 ó 10, en que el dispositivo de
sellado está diseñado de una manera especial para crear directrices
de energía para guiar especialmente y enfocar la energía a
determinados lugares durante dicho proceso de sellado.
12. Un procedimiento de acuerdo con la
reivindicación 11, en que el sellado se lleva a cabo en un
dispositivo Branson, donde puede controlarse la energía liberada
para el proceso de sellado.
