Abstract
Un procedimiento de prehidrólisis de biomasa que comprende los siguientes pasos: - descarga de la biomasa en el alimentador helicoidal; - inicio, en el dispositivo de prehidrólisis de biomasa, de la operación de presurización, que comprende los siguientes pasos: inundar el dispositivo de prehidrólisis de biomasa con una solución ácida precalentada; calentar; y presurizar; caracterizándose dicho procedimiento porque la prehidrólisis se lleva a cabo simultáneamente con la oscilación giratoria del aparato de prehidrólisis de biomasa, purga del vapor y control de temperatura, presión, contenido ácido, tiempo de prehidrólisis y relación líquido/sólido; acompañar el contenido de azúcar hasta un valor cercano a 10 ladrillos por medio de un medidor de azúcar; descargar el prehidrolizado en el tanque a través del intercambiador de calor; lavado de recuperación de azúcar; y descargar la lignocelulosa en lavadoras mecánicas o carretillas para lavarse por filtración.
Claims (11)
1. Un procedimiento de prehidrólisis de biomasa
que comprende los siguientes pasos:
- descarga de la biomasa en el alimentador
helicoidal;
- inicio, en el dispositivo de prehidrólisis de
biomasa, de la operación de presurización, que comprende los
siguientes pasos:
- b.1)
- inundar el dispositivo de prehidrólisis de biomasa con una solución ácida precalentada; b.2) calentar; y b.3) presurizar;
- c)
- caracterizándose dicho procedimiento porque la prehidrólisis se lleva a cabo simultáneamente con la oscilación giratoria del aparato de prehidrólisis de biomasa, purga del vapor y control de temperatura, presión, contenido ácido, tiempo de prehidrólisis y relación líquido/sólido;
- d)
- acompañar el contenido de azúcar hasta un valor cercano a 10 ladrillos por medio de un medidor de azúcar;
- e)
- descargar el prehidrolizado en el tanque a través del intercambiador de calor;
- f)
- lavado de recuperación de azúcar; y
- g)
- descargar la lignocelulosa en lavadoras mecánicas o carretillas para lavarse por filtración.
2. Un procedimiento según la reivindicación 1,
caracterizado porque el llenado del dispositivo de
prehidrólisis de biomasa se lleva a cabo compactando la biomasa en
el dispositivo de prehidrólisis.
3. Un procedimiento según las reivindicaciones 1
ó 2, caracterizado porque la purga de vapor del dispositivo
de prehidrólisis mantiene la temperatura alrededor de 150ºC -
170ºC.
4. Un procedimiento según una cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones 1, 2 ó 3, caracterizado porque la purga de
vapor del dispositivo de prehidrólisis mantiene la temperatura
preferiblemente alrededor de 106ºC.
5. Un procedimiento según una cualquiera de las
reivindicaciones 1 - 4, caracterizado porque la
prehidrólisis se efectúa durante alrededor de 30 minutos,
simultáneamente con la oscilación y purga de vapor.
6. Un procedimiento según la reivindicación 1,
caracterizado porque la alimentación de biomasa se lleva a
cabo en la plataforma de alimentación, constituida por un
transportador helicoidal inclinado.
7. Un procedimiento según la reivindicación 1,
caracterizado porque el llenado del dispositivo de
prehidrólisis de biomasa se lleva a cabo mediante el alimentador
helicoidal hasta el comienzo de la compactación, para conseguir una
densidad alrededor de 300 kg/m^3.
8. Un procedimiento según la reivindicación 1,
caracterizado porque la inundación del dispositivo de
prehidrólisis de biomasa se realiza con una solución ácida que
corresponde al 1,7% de la biomasa, se precalienta en el
intercambiador de calor hasta aproximadamente 80ºC y en la relación
líquido/sólido = 2, con calentamiento entre 150ºC y 170ºC,
preferiblemente 160ºC, y presurización de aproximadamente 0,62
MPa.
9. Un procedimiento según la reivindicación 1,
caracterizado porque el calor del vapor de escape en la
extracción de gas se recupera en el intercambiador de calor mediante
la solución ácida de la reacción siguiente.
10. Un procedimiento según la reivindicación 1,
caracterizado por el uso de agua filtrada en el
procedimiento para producir lignocelulosa normal y agua desionizada
en el procedimiento para producir lignocelulosa limpia.
11. Un procedimiento según la reivindicación 1,
caracterizado porque las aguas de lavado cumplen las
especificaciones de aguas dulces y pueden desecharse en cualquier
corriente de agua.
