SE PROPORCIONA UN METODO PARA INMOVILIZAR UNA ENZIMA, QUE COMPRENDE LA INMOVILIZACION DE UNA ENZIMA O UNA PARTE FUNCIONAL DE LA MISMA A LA PARED CELULAR DE UNA CELULA MICROBIAL, UTILIZANDO TECNICAS RECOMBINANTES DE DNA. LA ENZIMA SE INMOVILIZA UNIENDOLA AL SEGMENTO C-TERMINAL DE UNA PROTEINA QUE ASEGURA EL ANCLAJE EN LA PARED CELULAR. TAMBIEN PROPORCIONA UN POLINUCLEOTIDO RECOMBINANTE QUE COMPRENDE UN GENESTRUCTURAL QUE CODIFICA UNA PROTEINA ED ENZIMA, UNA PARTE DE UN GEN QUE CODIFICA LA PARTE C-TERMINAL DE UNA PROTEINA CAPAZ DE ANCLARSE EN UNA PARED CELULAR EUCARIOTICA O PROCARIOTICA, ADEMAS DE UNA SECUENCIA DE SEÑAL, Y EN ADICION A UNA PROTEINA QUIMERICA CODIFICADA POR EL POLINUCLEOTIDO RECOMBINANTE Y UN VECTOR Y MICRORGANISMO QUE CONTIENEN EL POLINUCLEOTIDO.
