Abstract

Procedimiento para suprimir la grabación y/o reproducción de partes de programas no deseadas transmitidas por una emisora, especialmente publicidad, para un aparato (22) electrónico de diversión, que comprende las siguientes etapas: - definición de las partes de programas no deseadas, reconocibles por un código de identificación capaz de ser recibido por proveedores de servicios en línea, especialmente proveedores de servicios de Internet, con una unidad de introducción; - detección automática del inicio de una parte de programa no deseada, especialmente de un bloque publicitario, y puesta a disposición de la señal de identificación mediante un dispositivo (6) de identificación ajustado para la comunicación con un aparato (22) electrónico de diversión en un primer estado de funcionamiento; - transmisión, en respuesta a la identificación, de la correspondiente primera señal a un cuadro de control (12) conectable, al aparato (22) electrónico de diversión; - procesamiento de la primera señal en el cuadro de control (12); - cambio del aparato (22) a un segundo estado de funcionamiento mediante una medida realizada por el cuadro de control(12) en respuesta a la primera señal; - identificación del final de la parte del programa no deseada, especialmente del bloque publicitario, a través del dispositivo (6) de identificación; - transmisión de la correspondiente segunda señal al cuadro de control (12); - procesamiento de la señal en el cuadro de control (12); - reposición del aparato (22) al primer o al tercer estado de funcionamiento mediante una medida realizada por el cuadro de control (12) en respuesta a la segunda señal; - superposición de un programa reemplazante por lo menos durante la validez de la primera señal en el aparato (22) electrónico de diversión.
