Abstract

Método para la identificación molecular de Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. ciceris y sus razas patogénicas 0,5 y 6 mediante PCR específica. El procedimiento consiste en poner en contacto ADN de Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. ciceris o de sus razas patogénicas 0,5 y 6 con una mezcla de reacción para la amplificación enzimática de ADN mediante PCR especifica que comprende un par de iniciadores específicos de F. oxysporum f. sp. ciceris o de sus razas patogénicas 0,5 y 6 y analizar los productos de amplificación generados. De aplicación en la identificación molecular de F. oxysporum f. sp. ciceris o sus razas patogénicas 0,5 y 6. De utilidad en agricultura.
