Abstract
Monorreactivo para la detección y la cuantificación de las micropartículas de origen endotelial en una muestra plasmática por citometría de flujo, que comprende (i) una mezcla de anticuerpos monoclonales específicos de las moléculas de membrana de las células endoteliales, dicha mezcla que comprende un anticuerpo (1) marcado con un fluorocromo 1 y un anticuerpo (2) marcado con un fluorocromo 2, dichos anticuerpos (1) y (2) no presentan la misma especificidad y ii) una mezcla de microesferas que comprende: - una población A de microesferas (patrón) marcada con un fluorocromo que sirve para definir la región de análisis de las micropartículas en término de tamaño (parámetros de difusión luminosa) y que permite su diferenciación, - una población de microesferas B (patrón) cuyo número es conocido que sirve para el recuento de las micropartículas, - una población de microesferas C marcada únicamente con el fluorocromo 1, que sirve para definir sobre el parámetro de fluorescencia del fluorocromo1 el umbral de intensidad mínima que caracteriza las micropartículas marcadas con los anticuerpos- fluorocromo 1, - y una población de microesferas D, de diámetro idéntico a C, y marcada únicamente con el fluorocromo 2, que sirve para definir la región de análisis de los acontecimientos considerados positivos para el
