Abstract

Estructura soporte de pedales para vehículos que tiene una pieza soporte (1) unida a una pared (2) que separa el motor del vehículo del habitáculo, una pieza intermedia (3) unida a dicha pieza soporte (1), y al menos un pedal (6) que pivote alrededor de un eje de giro (7) unido a la pieza intermedia (3). Dicha pieza intermedia (3) está unida a la pieza soporte (1) mediante una unión giratoria (4) y una unión fija (5) rompible en caso de colisión, y tiene una prolongación (8) enfrentada a una pieza (9) indeformable, de tal manera que, en caso de colisión frontal, dicha pieza (9) frena el avance de la prolongación (8), forzando la rotura de la unión fija (5) y el giro de la pieza intermedia (3) alrededor de la unión giratoria (4), evitando que el pedal (6) dañe las extremidades inferiores del conductor.
