Abstract
Un procedimiento para producir 10-(3-halógeno-1-azabiciclo[2.2.2]oct-3-ilmetil)fenotiazina de fórmula [I] producción de un compuesto de fórmula [I] *** (Ver fórmula I)*** en la que X es un átomo de halógeno, que comprende: Etapa 1 Añadir un compuesto de metal alcalino a una mezcla que comprende dimetil sulfóxido, 3-quinuclidinona o una de sus sales, y un haluro de trimetiloxosulfonio, proporcionando óxido de 3-metilenoquinuclidina de fórmula [II] *** (Ver fórmula II)*** Etapa 2 Hacer reaccionar el óxido de 3-metilenoquinuclidina obtenido con una sal de metal alcalino de fenotiazina, proporcionando un compuesto hidroxilado de fórmula [III] *** (Ver fórmula III)*** y Etapa 3 Hacer reaccionar el compuesto hidroxilado o uno de sus hidratos con un agente de halogenación en un disolvente de reacción, proporcionando el compuesto de fenotiazina de fórmula [I].
