Abstract
Procedimiento para la oxidación de un compuesto orgánico que presenta al menos un doble enlace C-C, o de una mezcla constituida por dos o más de éstos, que comprende las siguientes etapas: (I) obtención de un hidroperóxido, (II)reacción de un compuesto orgánico que presenta al menos un doble enlace C-C, o de una mezcla constituida por dos o más de éstos, con el hidroperóxido obtenido en la etapa (I) en presencia de un catalizador de zeolita, (III) regenerado del catalizador de zeolita empleado en la etapa (II), desactivado al menos parcialmente, presentando el regenerado al menos los siguientes pasos: (a) calentamiento del catalizador de zeolita en una corriente de gas inerte; (b) alimentación de oxígeno a una temperatura en un intervalo de 200ºC a 800ºC; (c) ajuste de la cantidad de oxígeno alimentada, de modo que la temperatura se sitúa en un intervalo de 400ºC a 800ºC, (IV)puesta en práctica de la reacción según la etapa (II) bajo empleo de un catalizador de zeolita, que contiene el catalizador regenerado en la etapa (III).
