Abstract

Método de producción de filmes de quitosán con una alta capacidad de adherencia celular, producto obtenido y aplicaciones. Dicho método comprende las siguientes etapas: (a) formación de un filme de quitosán; (b) estabilización de dicho filme de quitosán; (c) tratamiento activador de la adherencia celular de dicho filme estabilizado; (d) tratamiento de activación biológica de dicho filme procedente de dicha etapa (c), pudiendo llevarse a cabo el tratamiento de la etapa (d) en cualquier momento del procesado y no necesariamente como etapa final del mismo. Los citados filmes así obtenidos poseen una alta capacidad de adherencia celular con una elevada uniformidad en la adhesión y están activados biológicamente. Los filmes se utilizan para inducir el desarrollo biológico deseado en un organismo receptor, por ejemplo osteointegración de implantes y regeneración de tejidos óseos.
