Abstract
Esta invención se refiere a un procedimiento para elaborar el compuesto de fórmula general (1) a partir del compuesto de fórmula general (2); en las que Y y Z son iguales o diferentes y representan cada uno un átomo de hidrógeno, un grupo alquilo C1-C6, un grupo hidroxialquilo C1-C3 o un grupo protector general de amina tal como benciloxicarbonilo, bencilo, etc.; R1 es un átomo de hidrógeno, un grupo alquilo C1-C6 o un grupo hidroxi; R2 y R3 son iguales o diferentes y representan cada uno un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo hidroxi, o pueden estar unidos conjuntamente para formar un resto cíclico, que es un grupo metilendioxi o etilendioxi; R4 es un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo C1-C6; y R5 es hidrógeno, hidroxi, fluor, cloro, bromo, yodo o amino.
