Abstract

The melon and watermelon classification and packaging system has a feed rotor (4) and a conveyor belt (6) serving two lateral motorized guides (9,10) before three further lateral guides (13-15). The smaller fruit falls through the guides whereas bottom conveyor belts (25) transport the larger fruit to discharge points for progressively larger fruit. EMBODIMENT - The fruit comes from a feed platform (5).
