Además el extremo de recepción de la viga (1) incorpora en cada lateral un tope (13) sobre el que apoya otro tope (11) parcialmente embebido en la masa de hormigón del otro extremo de la viga complementaria, definiendo estos topes (11) y (13)medios posicionadores de una viga con respecto a la otra que determinan el distanciamiento entre ellas y, consecuentemente, el espesor de la junta (14) de hormigón armado.
