Abstract
Device for linking the heads of large prefabricated concrete beams.To one of the ends of the beam (1) and integral with the concrete mass thereof is fixed a plate (5), which constitutes a grooved profile as an extension of the external profile of the beam and which is intended to receive into it the support end of the other beam (1) which rests on the same pillar (4) or when, in this case, the projecting connection is not achieved, a chamber is defined between both beams which is filled with concrete (14), constituting the continuity joint between beams, a concrete joint reinforced through the presence of metal profiles (8) which are anchored both to the plate (5) and to the concrete mass of both beams and which are also housed in the aforementioned chamber. In addition the end receiving the beam (1) incorporates on the lateral side a stop (13) on which is supported another stop (11) partially embedded in the concrete mass of the other end of the complementary beam, these stops (11) and (13) defining means for positioning one beam relative to the other which determine the distance between them and consequently, the thickness of the reinforced concrete joint (14). Appropriately connected steel bars (3) in waiting complete the joint.
