SE PRESENTAN ARTICULOS ABSORBENTES QUE TIENEN UN ELEMENTO DE REFUERZO EN LA PARTE DE LA CINTURA. EN LA REALIZACION PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCION, EL ELEMENTO DE REFUERZO DE LA CINTURA SE EXPANDE AL ENTRAR EN CONTACTO CON LOS LIQUIDOS ACUOSOS CORPORALES APRETANDO DE FORMA EFECTIVA EL PAÑAL AL DILATAR LAS REGIONES DE LA CINTURA DEL ARTICULO ABSORBENTE.
