Abstract

Procedimiento papa la obtención de los enantiómeros de cizolirtina. El procedimiento comprende (a) la reducción de enantioselectiva de una cetona proquiral (III) mediante en empleo de un reductor y un catalizador quiral derivados de boro en un disolvente o mezcla de disolventes anhidros para formar un enantiómero de un alcohol (II), y (b) la alquilación de (II), en condiciones de transferencia de fase, opcionalmente previo aislamiento y purificación del mismo, con 2-cloro-N, N-dimetiletilamina, para formar un enantiómero de (I). La cizolirtina tiene propiedades analgésicas. Fórmulas (I), (II) y (III).
