SE REPRESENTA Y SE DESCRIBE UN DISPOSITIVO PARA DESBARBADO DE SUPERFICIES FRONTALES DE PIEZAS DE TRABAJO EN FORMA DE BARRA, TAL COMO TUBOS PERFILADOS O SIMILARES, CON UN LECHO DE MECANIZACION, EN DONDE SE DISPONE DE UNA UNIDAD DE MECANIZACION FIJA Y UNA UNIDAD MOVIL, PORTANDO CEPILLOS CILINDRICOS DISPUESTOS DE FORMA TRANSVERSAL CON RESPECTO A LA DIRECCION DE DESPLAZAMIENTO Y DISPONIENDO DE UNA CADENA Y ARRASTRADORES DISPUESTOS CON ELLA, MOSTRANDO UN DISPOSITIVO DE TRANSPORTE QUE SE SUJETA DE FORMA TRANSVERSAL CON RESPECTO A LA DIRECCION MOVIL EN CADA UNIDAD DE MECANIZACION. LOS CEPILLOS CILINDRICOS ROTATIVOS EFECTUAN EL DESBARBADO SEGUN LISTONES DE DESARROLLO AJUSTABLES EN ALTURA ENTRE LOS PERFILES TUBULARES QUE SE DISPONEN EN LAS UNIDADES DE MECANIZACION MEDIANTE EL TRANSPORTE CORRESPONDIENTE, MIENTRAS SE CARGAN LOS PERFILES TUBULARES A TRAVES DE LOS CEPILLOS DE APLICACION INFERIOR DISPUESTOS EN LOS LISTONES DE ENROLLADO.
