ESTOS RECIPIENTES O EMBALSES ESTAN MATERIALIZADOS POR TANQUES DE RECOGIDA DE AGUA DULCE QUE SE ENCUENTRAN INMERSOS EN EL MAR Y CUYA CAPACIDAD Y CARACTERISTICAS ESTAN EN FUNCION DEL NUMERO DE HABITANTES DE LA POBLACION Y EL CONSUMO ESTANDAR POR PERSONA Y DIA. ESTOS RECIPIENTES INMERSOS EN EL MAR PUEDEN ADAPTAR TANTO UNA DISPOSICION FLOTANTE COMO SUMERGIDA, QUEDANDO SITUADOS VENTAJOSAMENTE EN EL PUERTO SI EXISTE. LA TUBERIA DE ACCESO AL DEPOSITO, DEBIDAMENTE FONDEADO ESTE ACCEDE A UNA PARED FLEXIBLE Y ELASTICA, ESTANDO REALIZADO EL DEPOSITO O CONTENEDOR, CON LONAS PLASTIFICADAS, ENGOMADAS E IMPERMEABLES, PRACTICAMENTE INCORRUPTIBLES EN EL MEDIO ACUOSO Y SIENDO SUS PAREDES ELASTICAS.
