Abstract
SE DESCRIBE UN HORNO DE INDUCCION MEJORADO CAPAZ DE CALENTAR DE FORMA CONTINUA Y HOMOGENEA UN PRODUCTO PLANO DE LA INDUSTRIA DEL ACERO, EN PARTICULAR UNA PLANCHA DELGADA DE UNA INSTALACION DE FUNDICION CONTINUA, CORRIENTE ARRIBA DE LOS PASOS DE LAMINADO FINALES DURANTE LA FABRICACION DE TIRAS DE ACERO DELGADAS. DADO EL PEQUEÑO GROSOR MOSTRADO POR EL PRODUCTO A CALENTAR, UN HORNO DE ESTE TIPO TENDRA UNAS BOBINAS DE TAMAÑO REDUCIDO EN LA DIRECCION DE ALIMENTACION DE LAS TIRAS. PARA EVITAR QUE BAJO TALES CIRCUNSTANCIAS PUEDA DESCENDER EL RENDIMIENTO Y QUE SE PUEDA ESTABLECER UN GRAN FLUJO DE FUGA, CON LAS CONSIGUIENTES DESVENTAJAS SERIAS, LA PRESENTE INVENCION PREVE UN CONCENTRADOR DEL FLUJO FORMADO A BASE DE DOS PAQUETES CONTINUOS DE LAMINACION QUE TIENEN UNA SECCION TRANSVERSAL EN FORMA SUSTANCIALMENTE DE C QUE ENVUELVE A LA BOBINA INDUCTORA TANTO POR LA PARTE SUPERIOR COMO POR LA INFERIOR POR TODO EL LARGO DE LA MISMA DEJANDO SOLAMENTE AL DESCUBIERTO EL AREA DE PASO A TRAVES DE LA CUAL EL PRODUCTO A CALENTAR ENTRA EN LA BOBINA.
