Abstract
Device distributing a liquid from a container, of the type comprising a pumping mechanism adapted to be attached to a container containing the liquid to be dispensed, and whose pump comprises a pumping chamber, an intake duct adapted to connect the pumping chamber with the liquid contained in the container, of an intake check valve in the intake duct between the pump chamber and the container, a nozzle having a distribution orifice, an outlet or discharge duct connecting the pumping chamber with the orifice and a discharge check valve connecting the pumping chamber with the orifice, and a discharge check valve in the discharge conduit between the pumping chamber and the orifice, characterized in that the nozzle is adjusts to a first position with respect to the discharge check valve, so that the discharge valve, in the distribution operation of liquid from the pump, is free to open when the pumping mechanism is actuated to eject liquid through said dispensing orifice; and in that the fork adjusts to a second position with respect to the check valve to keep the discharge check valve in the closed position and thereby deactivate the pump mechanism and that no liquid is discharged from the orifice.
