Abstract

Selon l'invention, afin de créer des conditions de travail avantageuses, des nervures (8) sont prévues entre la plaque perforée (6) et la tête de granulation (1), lesquelles nervures maintiennent la plaque perforée (6) à une distance de la tête de granulation (1).
