Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif d'actionnement pour portes et fenêtres, comprenant un cadre fixe et un cadre mobile ou vantail (1), le dispositif d'actionnement (100) comprenant :
    - un corps en forme de boîte (2) façonné pour s'adapter dans un logement dans un siège du vantail (1) ;
    - une roue (3), comportant une première portion circulaire (3a) ayant une surface lisse et une deuxième portion circulaire (3b) étant dentée et logée dans le corps en forme de boîte (2) ; la roue (3) comportant un siège d'accouplement (4) qui, lors de l'utilisation, peut être mis en prise avec un arbre (5) d'une poignée de commande (6) associée au vantail mobile (1) ; l'arbre (5) s'accouplant avec la roue (3) passant à travers un siège correspondant (7) réalisé sur le corps en forme de boîte (2) ;
    - une tige (8) introduite de manière coulissante dans le corps en forme de boîte (2) et comportant les extrémités relatives, à l'extérieur du corps en forme de boîte (2), configurées pour être raccordées, lors de l'utilisation, à des dispositifs mobiles de fermeture/d'ouverture du vantail (1) situés sur le vantail (1) ; la tige (8) ayant une surface relative équipée d'une crémaillère d'actionnement (9) s'engrenant avec la deuxième portion dentée circulaire (3b) de la roue (3) de manière à permettre, en faisant tourner la roue (3), un coulissement de la tige (8) qui est en mesure d'obtenir, en succession, et en partant d'une position de fermeture du vantail (1) par rapport au cadre fixe, une première position d'ouverture du vantail (1) à partir du cadre fixe et une deuxième position d'ouverture du vantail (1) par rapport au cadre fixe différente de la première ouverture précédente ; caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un coulisseau (10) pour sélectionner et verrouiller la roue (3) qui peut être introduit de manière stable à l'intérieur du corps en forme de boîte (2) à travers un premier siège traversant (11) réalisé dans le corps en forme de boîte (2) ; le coulisseau (10) pouvant être positionné radialement par rapport à la roue (3) et de manière à interférer avec la rotation de la roue (3), en butant contre une première dent (12) d'une extrémité de la deuxième portion circulaire dentée (3b), et ainsi limiter la rotation de la roue (3) uniquement entre la position de fermeture du vantail (1) et une unique position d'ouverture du vantail (1) entre lesdites première et deuxième positions d'ouverture.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le corps en forme de boîte (2) comporte un deuxième siège (13) dans lequel le coulisseau de sélection et de verrouillage (10) peut être logé sélectivement de manière à être positionné radialement par rapport à la roue (3) et à interférer avec la rotation de la roue (3) par contact avec une deuxième dent (14) de l'extrémité opposée de la deuxième portion circulaire dentée (3b) opposée à la première dent d'extrémité précédente (12).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le coulisseau (10) comprend un corps de contact (15) avec la roue (3), qui peut être logé dans le corps en forme de boîte (2), et une partie de préhension (16) positionnée, lors de l'utilisation, à l'extérieur du corps en forme de boîte (2).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le corps de contact (15) comprend une surface (17) ayant une extension rectiligne conçue pour entrer en contact avec une surface de la première ou de la deuxième dent d'extrémité (12, 14) de la roue (3) et une extrémité de tête (18) ayant une surface incurvée, formée pour correspondre, qui peut faire face à une partie de la première portion circulaire (3a) avec une surface lisse de la roue (3) à proximité de la première ou deuxième dent d'extrémité (12, 14).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant des moyens pour fixer le coulisseau (10) au corps en forme de boîte (2), lorsque le coulisseau (10) est positionné à l'intérieur du corps en forme de boîte (2).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, dans lequel les moyens de fixation comprennent une vis de fixation (19) passant à travers un trou (20) présent dans le corps en forme de boîte (2) et qui peut être accouplée dans un siège (21) réalisé dans le coulisseau (10) logé dans le corps en forme de boîte (2) de manière à verrouiller la position du coulisseau (10) logé.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le coulisseau (10) est équipé du siège (21) de fixation dans le corps de contact (15).
