Claims (14)
- Une unité de fenêtre motorisée avec ouverture à charnière, l'unité de fenêtre (1) étant du type comprenant au moins :- un ouvrant (2) et un dormant (3) articulés l'un à l'autre au moyen de charnières le long d'un premier côté (4) respectif ; l'ouvrant (2) et le dormant (3) ayant chacun un profilé qui définit un canal extérieur (C2, C3) respectif pour l'accouplement d'accessoires de manoeuvres;- des organes de commande (5), motorisés, agissant entre les deux châssis (2, 3) pour permettre une configuration d'ouverture, avec au moins un deuxième côté (6a) de l'ouvrant (2) éloigné du deuxième côté (6b) correspondant du dormant (3), et une configuration de fermeture stable de l'unité de fenêtre (1), avec le deuxième côté (6a) mobile en contact avec le deuxième côté (6b) fixe ;- une tige de manoeuvre (7), positionnée de façon coulissante dans le canal (C2) de l'ouvrant (2), et ayant au moins un élément (8a) de fermeture de l'ouvrant (2) sur le dormant (3), agissant au moins au niveau d'un élément de contact (9a) correspondant situé sur le dormant (3) ;- des moyens (10) de déplacement de la tige (7), commandés par les organes de commande (5) motorisés, positionnés sur l'ouvrant (2) et insérés entre la tige (7) et les organes de commande (5) motorisés, et destinés à déplacer la tige (7), avec le deuxième côté (6a) mobile et le deuxième côté (6b) fixe en contact, d'une condition de blocage de l'unité de fenêtre (1) à une condition de déblocage quand les organes de commande (5) sont activés, et, respectivement, de la condition de déblocage à la condition de blocage quand les organes de commande (5) ne sont plus activés;- des moyens de manoeuvre auxiliaires (11), insérés entre les moyens de déplacement (10) et les organes de commande (5), agissant sur ces mêmes moyens de déplacement (10) en synchronisation avec les organes de commande (5) de manière à permettre le déplacement de la tige de manoeuvre (7) de la condition de blocage à la condition de déblocage avant que l'ouvrant (2) soit éloigné, et, respectivement, le déplacement de la tige (7) de la configuration de déblocage à la configuration de blocage après contact stable entre les deux côtés (6a, 6b) ;ladite unité de fenêtre étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre un corps en caisson (21) associé au deuxième côté (6a) mobile et au-dessus du canal (C2) de coulissement de la tige de manoeuvre (7), lesdits moyens de déplacement (10) comprenant un chariot (20) positionné de façon coulissante dans le corps en caisson (21) et présentant un logement (22) correspondant, ouvert inférieurement, dans lequel un élément ou broche d'assemblage (23) peut venir en prise, cette dernière étant associée à la tige de manoeuvre (7) et saillant supérieurement pour permettre ledit déplacement de la tige (7) de la condition de blocage de l'unité de fenêtre (1) à la condition de déblocage, et inversement, quand le chariot (20) effectue un déplacement parallèle le long du corps en caisson (21) sur commande des moyens de manoeuvre auxiliaires (11).
- L'unité de fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins deux éléments de fermeture (8a, 8b) positionnés le long du deuxième côté (6a) mobile et au moins deux éléments de contact (9a, 9b) correspondants ; les deux éléments (8a, 8b) étant séparés l'un de l'autre d'un espace donné et dans une position éloignée de la zone dans laquelle les moyens de déplacement (10) sont situés sur le deuxième côté (6a) mobile.
- L'unité de fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins trois éléments de fermeture (8a, 8b, 8c) et dont au moins un (8c) est positionné le long d'un troisième côté (2a) de l'ouvrant (2), transversal au deuxième côté (6a), et agissant sur un troisième élément de contact (9c) correspondant positionné sur un troisième côté (3a) du dormant (3), transversal au deuxième côté (6b).
- L'unité de fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de manoeuvre auxiliaires (11) comprennent :- un actionneur de commande (12) relié, au niveau de sa première extrémité, aux moyens de déplacement (10) par l'intermédiaire d'une deuxième broche (13) et, au niveau de son autre extrémité, qui sort du deuxième côté (6a) mobile par un trou débouchant (14) prévu dans ce même deuxième côté (6a) mobile, étant relié aux organes de commande (5) ;- un corps tubulaire (15) fixé au deuxième côté (6a) mobile, saillant transversalement dudit deuxième côté (6a) vers l'extérieur, et positionné au niveau du trou débouchant (14) de manière à ce que l'actionneur de commande (12) y soit logé partiellement et de façon coulissante ;- des moyens à ressort (16) insérés entre l'actionneur (12) et un resserrement intérieur du corps tubulaire (15), agissant sur l'extrémité extérieure de l'actionneur (12) et interagissant avec les organes de commande (5) de manière à générer une course de l'actionneur (12) dans les deux directions le long du corps tubulaire (15), dans la position dans laquelle l'ouvrant (2) et le dormant (3) sont rapprochés l'un de l'autre, destinée à permettre le déplacement de la tige (7) dans ladite condition de déblocage, quand les organes de commande (5) sont activés et, respectivement, le déplacement de la tige (7) dans la condition de blocage quand les organes de commande (5) ne sont plus activés.
- L'unité de fenêtre selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'actionneur (12) est divisé en deux parties distinctes qui peuvent être vissées ensemble dans le corps tubulaire (15) ; la première partie (12) constituant l'actionneur proprement dit, logée de façon coulissante dans le corps tubulaire (15) et sur laquelle agissent les moyens à ressort (16), et sortant du corps (15) avec une extrémité qui peut être associée aux organes de commande (5) ; la deuxième partie consistant en une tige (17) reliée au niveau de son extrémité libre aux moyens de déplacement (10) par l'intermédiaire de la deuxième broche (13) et reliée au niveau de son autre extrémité à l'actionneur (12) dans le corps tubulaire (15).
- L'unité de fenêtre selon les revendications 4 et 5, caractérisée en ce que la première partie (12) de l'actionneur présente un renflement circulaire (18) destiné à former une zone de contact pour l'extrémité des moyens à ressort (16).
- L'unité de fenêtre selon les revendications 4 et 5, caractérisée en ce que la première partie (12) de l'actionneur a une extrémité (19) en forme de fourche pour l'accouplement stable avec les organes de commande (5).
- L'unité de fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps en caisson (21) présente, sur sa paroi inférieure, une fente débouchante (24) destinée à permettre le passage de la broche d'assemblage (23) et son accouplement dans le logement (22) du chariot (20) et leur coulissement relatif dans les deux directions.
- L'unité de fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de déplacement (10) comprennent aussi une unité d'entraînement cinématique à articulation (25), insérée entre les moyens de manoeuvre auxiliaires (11) et le chariot (20) et destinée à permettre, sur commande desdits moyens de manoeuvre auxiliaires (11), le coulissement du chariot (20) dans les deux directions, permettant ainsi les configurations d'ouverture et respectivement de fermeture de l'unité de fenêtre (1).
- L'unité de fenêtre selon les revendications de 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que l'unité d'entraînement cinématique à articulation (25) est positionnée dans le corps en caisson (21) et comprend :- un premier bras (26) articulé au niveau de sa première extrémité, et en (A), au chariot (20) et articulé au niveau de son extrémité opposée, en (B), à- une première extrémité d'un deuxième bras d'entraînement (27) qui est articulé, au niveau de son extrémité opposée et en (D), au corps en caisson (21) ; le deuxième bras (27) ayant une deuxième fente débouchante (28), dans sa zone centrale, dans laquelle vient en prise une deuxième broche (13) associée aux moyens de manoeuvre auxiliaires (11), de telle sorte que lorsque les moyens de manoeuvre auxiliaires (11) poussent ou tirent le deuxième bras (27) le long d'une trajectoire perpendiculaire à la tige (7), il y a une poussée ou une traction correspondante sur le chariot (20) afin de permettre les déplacements de la tige de manoeuvre (7).
- L'unité de fenêtre selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que le premier bras (26) a une première broche (29) d'assemblage articulé, au niveau de la première extrémité associée au chariot (20), en prise dans une première fente (30) respective ayant un développement rectiligne, réalisée dans le corps en caisson (21), permettant ainsi un déplacement linéaire guidé du chariot (20) dans les deux directions.
- L'unité de fenêtre selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que les premier et deuxième bras (26, 27) sont articulés l'un à l'autre au niveau de leurs extrémités respectives par l'intermédiaire d'une troisième broche (31) dont la partie inférieure vient en prise dans une troisième fente (32) ayant un développement arqué, réalisée dans le corps en caisson (21) et destinée à permettre un déplacement articulé guidé des deux bras (26, 27) selon un angle réciproque prédéfini.
- L'unité de fenêtre selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que la partie inférieure de la deuxième broche (13), qui est associée aux moyens de manoeuvre auxiliaires (11), vient en prise dans une quatrième fente (33) ayant un développement rectiligne et destinée à guider la deuxième broche (13) le long d'une trajectoire rectiligne, dans les deux directions, perpendiculaire au déplacement de la tige (7) et du chariot (20).
- L'unité de fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les organes de commande (5) comprennent un corps en caisson (5a) pour un élément flexible (5b) qui est enroulé dans ledit corps (5a) et peut être mû par un moteur respectif destiné à commander le déroulement et le réenroulement de l'élément flexible (5b) ; le corps en caisson (5a) pouvant être associé au dormant (3) et une extrémité de l'élément flexible (5a) pouvant être associée à l'ouvrant (2).
