Claims (13)
- An assembly (1) comprising- a crane substructure (2) for mounting a crane (3) on a vehicle (4), with a crane base (5) for mounting a crane column (6) of the crane (3) which is pivotably mounted about a pivot axis (s1) that is substantially vertical in the mounted position of the crane substructure (2), and- at least one tool holder (7) for receiving a tool (8) which can be arranged on or is arranged on a crane arm (9) of the crane (3),characterized in that the assembly (1) comprises at least one moving device (10), wherein the tool holder (7) can be moved by the at least one moving device (10) between at least one transport position for transporting a tool (8) and at least one coupling position for coupling and/or uncoupling a tool (8) on the crane arm (9).
- The assembly according to claim 1 wherein, in the at least one transport position, the tool holder (7) is in a position approximated to the crane base (5), and in the at least one coupling position, the tool holder (7) is in a position more distant from the crane base (5) compared to the transport position.
- The assembly according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the moving device (10) is constructed on the crane substructure (2) or is connected thereto.
- The assembly according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the moving device (10) comprises at least one extension arm (11, 12, 15, 16) which can be moved relative to the crane substructure (2) and the tool holder (7) is arranged on the at least one extension arm (11, 12, 15, 16).
- The assembly according to the preceding claim, wherein the moving device (10)- comprises a telescopic device (13), preferably a telescopic support extender, and the extension arm (11, 12) can be telescopically extended relative to the crane substructure (2), and/or- comprises a pivot device (17) for the at least one extension arm (15, 16) and the extension arm (15, 16) can be pivoted relative to the crane substructure (2), wherein, preferably, the at least one extension arm (15, 16) can be pivoted about a pivot axis (s2) which is transverse to the pivot axis (s1) of the crane column (6).
- The assembly according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the assembly (1) comprises a standing platform (18) for a user and the standing platform (18) and the at least one tool holder (7) are constructed as an integral unit.
- The assembly according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the at least one tool holder (7) has retaining elements (19) for attachment of a tool (8) in an interlocking and/or force-fitting manner.
- A vehicle (4) with an assembly according to one of claims 1 to 7.
- The vehicle according to the preceding claim, wherein the vehicle (4) has a longitudinal axis (x) and a transverse axis (y) and in the mounted position of the crane substructure (2) on the vehicle (4) by means of the moving device (10), a distance (d1, d2) from the tool holder (7) to the crane base (5) can be varied at least transversely to the longitudinal axis (x) of the vehicle (4), and preferably in the direction of the transverse axis (y).
- The vehicle according to one of the two preceding claims wherein the vehicle (4) has a vehicle width (w) along a transverse axis (y) and in the at least one transport position, the tool holder (7) is substantially completely inside the vehicle width (w) and in the at least one coupling position, the tool holder (7) is at least partially outside the vehicle width (w), preferably substantially completely outside the vehicle width (w).
- A crane (3) with an assembly (1) according to one of claims 1 to 7.
- A method for coupling a tool (8) to a crane arm (9) of a crane (3) with an assembly (1) according to one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the method comprises at least the following steps of the method:- moving the tool holder (7) with the tool (8) out of a transport position into a coupling position by means of the moving device (10)- positioning the crane arm (9) in a position of the arm which is suitable for coupling the tool (8) from the tool holder (7)- coupling the tool (8) from the tool holder (7)- removing the coupled tool (8) from the tool holder (7).
- A method for uncoupling a tool (8) on a crane arm (9) of a crane (3) with an assembly (1) according to one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the method comprises at least the following steps of the method:- if necessary, moving the tool holder (7) from a transport position into a coupling position by means of the moving device (10)- positioning the crane arm (9) in a position of the arm of the crane arm (9) which is suitable for introducing the tool (8) into the tool holder (7)- introducing the tool (8) into the tool holder (7)- uncoupling the tool (8) from the crane arm (9) in the tool holder (7)- moving the tool holder (7) with the tool (8) out of a coupling position into a transport position by means of the moving device (10).
