Claims (14)

  1. Casing for a device for packaging a refillable cosmetic product, said casing (8) being suitable for receiving a refill (1) suitable for containing said cosmetic product,
    the casing (8) comprising an opening (9) suitable for receiving the refill so that it can be set in place in a receiving volume defined by an interior wall (14) of the casing,
    said interior wall (14) having, over at least part of its surface, an elastomer element (15) that is at least partly in relief with respect to the interior wall (14) of the casing (8),
    characterized in that the elastomer element is connected to the casing (8) and in that, with a portion of the interior wall (14) of the casing (8) forming a neck (11) near the opening (9) of the casing (8), the elastomer element (15) is situated on that portion of the interior wall (14) of the casing (8) that forms the neck (11).
  2. Casing according to Claim 1, wherein the elastomer element (15) is overmoulded on the casing (8).
  3. Casing according to Claim 1, the casing (8) being made of a plastics material, wherein said casing (8) and the elastomer element (15) that it exhibits are formed together by two-shot injection moulding.
  4. Casing according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the elastomer is a thermoplastic elastomer or a silicone elastomer.
  5. Casing according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the elastomer has a degree of hardness of between 20 and 80 on the Shore scale, and preferably a degree of hardness of between 40 and 60 on the Shore scale.
  6. Casing according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the elastomer element extends in the form of one or more strips parallel to the opening (9) of the casing.
  7. Casing according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the elastomer element forms discrete pads (16) distributed over the surface of the interior wall of the casing.
  8. Casing according to Claim 6, wherein the elastomer element (15) forms at least two pads (16) and preferably at least three pads (16) distributed over a periphery of the surface of the interior wall of the casing.
  9. Casing according to one of the preceding claims, said receiving volume having the overall shape of a cylinder of revolution, of a cone frustum, or of a right prism.
  10. Casing according to one of Claims 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, said casing (8) being made of plastic, of glass, of stainless steel, of aluminium or of wood.
  11. Packaging device for a cosmetic product comprising a casing (8) according to any one of the preceding claims and a refill (1), wherein the refill (1) has a lateral wall (3) that leaves a clearance (J) with respect to the interior wall (14) of the casing (8) except at all or part of the elastomer element (15), so that bearing zones where the elastomer element (15) bears against said lateral wall (3) of the refill are formed.
  12. Packaging device for a cosmetic product according to Claim 11, wherein the elastomer element (15) is deformed in said bearing zones by compression against the lateral wall (3) of the refill (1) in comparison with a configuration that the elastomer element (15) adopts in the absence of external influence.
  13. Packaging device according to Claim 11 or Claim 12, wherein said lateral wall (3) of the refill (1) is free of roughnesses such as grooves, orifices, pins or rings for clip-fastening.
  14. Packaging device according to one of Claims 11 to 13, the shape, the dimensions and the constitution of the elastomer element being configured so that the force needed to extract the refill (1) from the casing (8) is greater than or equal to twice, and preferably greater than or equal to two and a half times, the weight of the refill (1).
