Description

The invention relates to a system for providing a lamp according to the preamble of claim 1.

Generic systems for providing or realizing a light include a mounting rail that is elongated in its longitudinal direction and on which supply lines are arranged, and a mounting body that is elongated in the longitudinal direction and on which a light source and/or another functional element of the lamp is arranged. Functional elements of this type can be, for example, operating devices, lamps, etc. Typically, the mounting rail is used to fix the lamp to a component, such as a ceiling or a wall. When installing a lamp, the mounting rail is usually first attached to the component and then the mounting body, which is equipped with the elements or components of the lamp mentioned that require a corresponding electrical supply, is fixed to the mounting rail, so that the mounting rail and mounting body have an interior space form, in which components of the lamp, in particular functional elements of the lamp are arranged, for example lighting circuit boards, operating devices, supply lines, etc. Depending on the embodiment, the respective lighting means, for example LEDs arranged on a circuit board, can be arranged or fastened on the underside of the mounting body. The generic system also has a current-conducting rail that is elongated in the longitudinal direction and has channels in which conductor wires are arranged, as well as an electrical contact device with a mounting section and a contact section that is offset from the mounting section in a vertical direction. The electrical contact device has longitudinal side sections and front side sections, with the mounting rail and the mounting body being fastened to one another in an operating position, the current conducting rail being fastened to the mounting rail and the contact device being fastened to the mounting body with its mounting section and being electrically connected in its contact section to at least some of the conductors is conductively connected. The mounting body can have a base section and two side wall sections extending away from the base section in a vertical direction, with the mounting section of the contact device being held on the mounting body pressed against the base section in the operating position.

In principle, a large number of contact devices are known in the prior art, via which contacting between the mounting body and mounting rail or between the components arranged on the mounting body and supply lines arranged on the mounting rail by means of a current conducting rail is possible. In this case, the contact devices are often designed in such a way that they have contact sections with which they are inserted into channels in the current-conducting rail be able. Contact devices are known, for example, which are attached to the mounting body of the system with their mounting section, the current conducting rail being attached to the mounting rail and the contact device having electrical contact sections such that when the mounting body and mounting rail are brought together vertically, the contact sections are inserted into the channels of the current conducting rail and contact the conductor carriers arranged therein.

For example, in order to contact functional elements such as operating devices, lamps, etc. that are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction on the mounting body and on the contact device, for supply and/or control purposes, a generic system for providing a light has additional lines that extend in the longitudinal direction and in this respect are connected to one of the components of the Light contacted and / or attached. This lamp wiring can be done, for example, below the contact device on the bottom of the mounting body, as for example in the European patent application EP 2 365 597 B1 is described. This teaches the provision of wire holders that are attached to a mounting plate and are sufficiently secured against twisting, so that manual or automatic assembly by means of a robot is possible. However, the wire holders described in the prior art require an additional work step for attaching the respective wire holder to the mounting plate, which increases the effort involved in constructing the lamp. With a lateral arrangement of the wiring on the contact device, on the other hand, there is a risk that lines will be crushed and thereby to be damaged. Furthermore, when assembling the components of the system to adjust the operating position of these components, the lines can unintentionally engage in undercuts or recesses of the components or interfere with projections of the components or parts, so that assembling the system and thus adjusting the operating position of the components or components is prevented. Generic contact devices are from EP 3477792 A1 and EP 1361632 A1 known.

In this respect, the present invention is based on the object of modifying a generic system for realizing a lamp in such a way that the assembly of the system is simplified.

This object is achieved by the present invention with a system having the features of claim 1. The system according to the invention, which is suitable for realizing a light, comprises a support rail which is elongated in a longitudinal direction and on which supply lines are arranged, and a mounting body which is elongated in the longitudinal direction and on which a lighting element and/or another functional element such as an operating device etc. is arranged. The support rail of the system according to the invention can have a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, which is open along a vertical direction at a vertical end and is delimited along a transverse direction by two side walls which are connected to one another by a base section of the support rail running along the transverse direction. In this case, the base section of the support rail can be designed for attachment to a component such as a ceiling. In the installed position, the mounting body can be arranged on the open vertical end of the mounting rail, so that the mounting body forms an interior space together with the mounting rail, which is closed by the mounting rail and the mounting body perpendicular to the longitudinal direction all the way round, it being understood that the enclosure of the interior can be interrupted in sections, for example to enable an air supply. The system according to the invention further comprises a current-conducting rail which is elongated in the longitudinal direction and has channels in which conductor carriers are arranged, as well as an electrical contact device with a mounting section and a contact section which is spaced apart from the mounting section along a vertical direction, and with longitudinal side sections and front side sections, with the The mounting rail and the mounting body are fastened to one another, the current conducting rail is fastened to the mounting rail and the contact device is fastened to the mounting body with its mounting section and is electrically conductively connected with its contact section to at least some of the line wires, the mounting body having a bottom section and two of them Floor section has side wall sections extending away along a vertical direction and in the operating position the mounting section of the contact device is pressed against the floor section st is held on the mounting body.

Datenleitungen umfassen. In the system according to the invention, the line carriers arranged in the channels of the current-carrying rail can form at least one section of supply lines, which are arranged in the mounting rail, with the mounting section of the contact device being fixed to the mounting body and the contact section of the contact device being inserted into the channels of those arranged on the mounting rail Conductor rail engages for contacting the conductor carriers arranged therein, and the contact device is simultaneously connected to components, which are arranged on the mounting body, is electrically conductively connected to supply these components. In principle, the contact device thus enables the supply of components arranged on the mounting body by enabling an electrical connection between the supply lines arranged on the mounting rail and electrical components. In addition to energy supply lines, these supply lines can also include control or data lines.

It should be noted that in order to reach the operating position, the mounting body and the support rail are moved toward each other along a vertical direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction in the case of ceiling mounting until they are arranged and fixed to each other. The person skilled in the art is familiar with common retaining springs, via which a mounting body can be fixed relative to a mounting rail. For example, in the operating position, such retaining springs can have a base section for mounting on the mounting body and, on both transverse ends of the base section, a retaining section that extends vertically away from the base section and on which a retaining projection that extends outwards in the transverse direction can be provided. This holding projection can typically engage behind a fastening projection which can be arranged on a side wall of the mounting rail associated with the holding projection. It can be provided that the mounting body itself is designed in such a way that it has a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction in the manner of a U-shape and thus comprises a bottom section and two side wall sections, it being possible for the bottom section of the retaining spring to be fastened to the mounting body by the Bottom portion is clamped to projections on the Side wall portions of the mounting body are provided, whereby the bottom portion of the retaining spring is pressed against the bottom portion of the mounting body. However, other fastening options are also known, for example by means of screwing, latching or by means of bayonet locks, via which a mounting body can be fixed to the mounting rail. In general, suitable fastening means, with which the mounting body is fastened to the mounting rail in the operating position, preferably serve to prevent the mounting body and mounting rail from moving away from each other vertically, starting from the operating position.

According to the invention, the electrical contact device of the system according to the invention for providing or realizing a lamp has, in the region of its mounting section, a plurality of contact elements on one of the two end sections for receiving and making electrical contact with a respective end section, a plurality of first electrical conductors and on the other of the two end sections one plurality of contact elements for receiving and contacting a respective end section of a plurality of second conductors, the two plurality of contact elements being electrically connected to one another over the longitudinal extent of the electrical contact device by means of a through conductor, in particular in such a way that a contact element is connected to one of the two end-side sections is electrically connected to an associated contact element on the other of the two end face sections.

With the system according to the invention, the realization of a lamp is made much easier, since a contact of to functional elements such as control gear, lamps, etc. arranged at a distance from the contact device on both long sides can be easily implemented in that the contact elements provided in the area of the mounting section of the electrical contact device on both longitudinal front sides provide a through-contacting through the contact device and thus supply or control wiring through an electrical contact device is made possible without the need for cumbersome wiring below the contact device and/or laterally past the contact device. Instead, with the system according to the invention, by simply connecting a conductor to one of the plurality of contact elements on one end face of the contact device and by connecting another conductor to an associated contact element on the other of the two end faces of the electrical contact device, an electrical connection can be made between two adjacent ones in the longitudinal direction components arranged on different front sides are provided, which can be carried out more easily in comparison to the described systems of the prior art, in particular by using automatic placement machines or robots. With the design of the system according to the invention for providing or realizing a light and thus the contact device, if necessary, the light wiring can be routed in the longitudinal direction beyond the electrical contact device by connecting the cable to the front side of the contact device and continuing it by removing it from the rear of the Contact device are provided, wherein the front and back represent said two end face portions of the electrical contact device.

Further advantageous features and developments of the invention are specified in the following general description, the figures, the description of the figures and the dependent claims.

In order to further simplify the provision or realization of a lamp with the system according to the invention, it can expediently be provided that contact elements on the two front side sections of the electrical contact device are designed as plug-in contacts, into which stripped or non-stripped conductor sections of a cable or line wire can be inserted. in particular by means of an assembly robot. In the case of non-stripped conductor sections that can be inserted into the contact elements, it can be provided that the plug contacts have cutting edges which penetrate the sheathing or insulation when the conductor wire is inserted into an associated contact element and make electrical contact with the wire conductor.

It can expediently be provided that the mounting section and the contact section offset from the mounting section in a vertical direction are designed as sections of an integral, one-piece electrical contact device. Provision can be made for the contact elements, which are arranged in the vertical height of the mounting section in the installed position, to be arranged in a contact block, with the electrical contact device having a receptacle in the region of its mounting section and in the longitudinal direction between its two end face sections for accommodating this contact block. In this case, the contact block can have side faces and end faces in the installed position, the side faces for abutting against the receptacle inner surfaces of the electrical contact device that fix the contact device can be formed. The contact block can expediently have, on one of its end face sections, the plurality of contact elements for receiving and electrically contacting a respective end section of a plurality of first electrical conductors and on the other of the two end face sections the other plurality of contact elements for receiving and contacting a respective end section of a plurality of second have ladders. Provision can preferably be made for the two pluralities of contact elements to be electrically connected to one another over the longitudinal extension of the contact block in each case by means of an assigned through conductor, in particular in such a way that a contact element on one of the two end face sections of the contact block is electrically connected to an assigned contact element on the other of the both end face sections is connected. This structural measure gives the system according to the invention additional flexibility in that one of several different contact blocks can be used in the described receptacle for the electrical contact device, or a contact block does not have to be used in the electrical contact device if in In the area of the respective electrical contact device, there is no need for electrical contact to be made in the longitudinal direction beyond the relevant electrical contact device or through it, so that a lamp can be provided or implemented in a resource-saving and flexible manner. Such a lamp that can be realized by a system according to the invention can, for example, be an electrical contact device with an inserted contact block and another electrical contact device of a different type, in particular with an empty receptacle or with one inserted into the receptacle Include contact block other functionality compared to the described contact block, for example with a different number of contact elements and associated through connections.

In the embodiment in which the electrical contact device has a receptacle in the region of the mounting section for receiving a contact block, it can be provided that this receptacle is open to the bottom of the mounting body in the installed position (operating position) and the contact block rests against the bottom of the mounting body in the installed position. In another embodiment, it can also be provided that the receptacle is designed as a hollow space that is open in the longitudinal direction of the mounting body and into which the respective contact block can be inserted in the longitudinal direction.

In order to provide a fixation of the respective contact block and the contact device in their receptacle in the area of the mounting section, it can be provided that the contact block and the contact device have mutually complementary locking elements, in particular latching elements. These can in particular be detachable, so that a respective contact block connected to the contact device can be removed from the base body of the contact device if required. It is thus also possible, for example, to insert another contact block, which is different from the first contact block mentioned first, into the receptacle in order to design a different type of electrical contact device.

In order to fasten the electrical contact device to the mounting body, it can be provided that the mounting section of the contact device is on its side wall sections in the installed position has transversely outwardly extending holding webs, which each bear against an associated transverse projection of a side wall section of the mounting body for holding the contact device on the mounting body. Provision can preferably be made for these holding webs to extend continuously in the longitudinal direction, ie essentially over the entire longitudinal extent of the electrical contact device. It can expediently be provided that the respective transversal projection of a side wall section of the mounting body bears against the respective associated holding web of the contact device with elastic deflection.

In order to increase the functionality of the system according to the invention for providing or implementing a lamp, it can be provided that the system has at least one further contact block that can be inserted into the receptacle of the contact device in addition to the first-mentioned contact block for through-contacting in the longitudinal direction of the contact device, the at least one further contact block having longitudinal side surfaces and end faces, and the longitudinal side faces are designed to rest on the inner faces that fix the receptacle of the contact device in the inserted position in the electrical contact device and the at least one further contact block has a plurality of contact elements on one of its end face sections for receiving and making electrical contact with a respective end section of a plurality of first electrical conductors and on the other of the two end face sections another plurality of contact elements for receiving and contacting one respectively own end portion of a plurality of second conductors, and wherein the first contact block and the further contact block with respect to the contact elements differ, in particular with regard to the number of contact elements and/or the associated vias for the realization of contact devices of other types.

In order to provide contacting of conductor wires arranged in the current conducting rail, starting from the contact section of the electrical contact device and into the contact elements arranged in the area of the mounting section of the contact device, it can expediently be provided that a contact arrangement is provided on one of the inner surfaces defining the receptacle of the contact device, which is electrically connected to is connected to the contact section of the contact device and which can be brought into an operating position mechanically and/or electrically into engagement with an associated contact arrangement arranged on a side surface of the contact block. In this way, for example, a supply potential routed on one or more of the line wires can be connected to a contact element arranged in the region of the mounting section of the contact device, in order to supply an operating voltage to a functional element such as a sensor element that is mounted at a distance in the longitudinal direction from the electrical contact device and on the mounting body .

Die Leitungsdrähte 8 können in den Kanälen 31 durch in der Figur nicht dargestellte Halteklammern gehalten werden. figure 1 is a schematic diagram in the form of a section through a system designed according to the invention for providing a lamp, the section plane being perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X and the system and thus all the system components shown being in their respective operating position. In the operating position shown, the mounting body 2 is on the mounting rail 1 by a in the figure 1 fastening means, not shown, such as a retaining spring, is held in such a way that the mounting body 2 is pressed with its side wall sections 23a, b along the vertical direction Z against projections that are formed by the side wall sections 13a, b of the mounting rail 1. In addition, in the operating position of the components of the system according to the invention, a current-conducting rail 3 can be fastened to the bottom section 10 of the mounting rail 1 . For this purpose, the conductor rail 3 can have latching arms 32 on side wall sections, which engage in an associated undercut of the side wall sections 13a, b of the mounting rail in the operating position, see figure 1 . The current conducting rail 3 has webs 30 which extend vertically and are spaced apart in the transverse direction Y, which form intermediate channels for receiving conductor wires 8. For clarity of illustration, FIG figure 1 only some of the webs 30 of the current-conducting rail and the channels or holding grooves formed by them and wires 8 are referred to. The lead wires 8 can be held in the channels 31 by holding clips, not shown in the figure.

On the bottom section 20 of the mounting body 2 is in figure 1 specified operating position, a contact device 4 is fastened, which has a mounting section 6 offset in the vertical direction for mounting or fastening the contact device 4 on the mounting body 2 and a contact section 5 for contacting or tapping respective potentials on the conductors 8 arranged in the conductor rail 3. For this purpose, in the described embodiment, the contact section 5 can have webs 50 spaced apart in the transverse direction Y, which engage in assigned channels 31 of the current conducting rail 30 for the respective contacting of an in figure 1 not shown electrical contact of the webs 50 with an associated wire 8.
