- Filling head according to Claim 1, characterized in that the modular structural unit composed of the intermediate reservoir-forming hollow body (6), the functional block (17) and the actuation means (11) is mounted on the outside of the tank (5), by being secured preferentially only by means (18, 18') for fluidically connecting said hollow body (6) with said tank (5), which is movable in the axial direction (DA) of the nose (9) with respect to the tight bearing means (10).

- Filling head according to any one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the actuation means (11) of the second tube (8) consists of a cylinder configured to displace the second tube (8), which is provided at its bottom end with an element (8') for tightly closing the annular passage (9') at its bottom outlet, between a lowered position of opening and a raised position of closure thereof.

- Machine (2) for filling containers (3), notably bottles or the like, with a liquid (4), for example an alimentary liquid of the still wine, sparkling wine, beer, juice or other such type, from a tank (5) or the like, said machine (2) comprising a frame (2') supporting said tank (5) with the liquid (4), under pressure from a neutral gas or not, said machine (2) further comprising, on the one hand, means (2") for fetching empty containers (3), positioning said containers (3) in order for them to be filled and discharging filled containers (3) and, on the other hand, means for translationally displacing the tank (5) vertically, said machine (5) being further equipped with a plurality of filling heads (1), arranged circumferentially around or along at least a side of said tank (5), or mounted in said tank (5), the machine (2) being characterized in that the filling heads (1) consist of devices according to any one of Claims 1 to 10, and in that means (10) of tight bearing (10) are also installed on the frame (2') so as to each cooperate with a corresponding filling head (1), by being able to be adjusted in position in the axial direction (DA) of the associated filling head (1).
