Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Gebäudefassade, enthaltend eine erfindungsgemäße Umfassungszarge, ein Gebäude, enthaltend die erfindungsgemäße Umfassungszarge oder die erfindungsgemäße Gebäudefassade sowie ein Wärmedämmverbundsystem, enthaltend die erfindungsgemäße Umfassungszarge. Schließlich betrifft die Erfindung die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Umfassungszarge für die Herstellung von Fenster- oder Türöffnungen. Mit dem umlaufenden Kragenelement geht der Vorteil einher, dass die erfindungsgemäße Umfassungszarge besonders einfach und passgenau in eine Gebäudeöffnung eingefügt werden kann. Von besonderem Vorteil ist auch, dass sich mit den erfindungsgemäßen Umfassungszargen häufige Schwachstellen für Wärmebrücken, wie sie beispielsweise bei Rollladenkästen auftreten, zuverlässig vermeiden lassen. So kann mit den erfindungsgemäßen Umfassungszargen noch vor dem eigentlichen Einbau in eine Gebäudefassade eine Qualitätsprüfung auf zum Beispiel dämmtechnische Schwachstellen, beispielsweise mittels Infrarottechnik, vorgenommen werden. Mit den erfindungsgemäßen Umfassungszargen gelingt ein gegenüber konventionellen Lösungen schnelleres und einfacheres Montieren, wobei sich gezeigt hat, dass am Ort der Montage wesentlich weniger Arbeitsschritte erforderlich sind und sich Verarbeitungsfehler signifikant reduzieren lassen. Fenster- und Türanschlüsse können mit den erfindungsgemäßen Umfassungszargen sehr präzise gefertigt werden. Zu einer besonders schnellen Montage trägt auch die innenseitig an der erfindungsgemäßen Umfassungszarge vorliegende Stufenfalz bzw. Nut bei, in welche zum Beispiel Plattenwerkstoffe eingreifen können. Auch indem mit der erfindungsgemäße Umfassungszarge bereits die gewünschten Verschattungseinrichtungen vorgesehen sein können, entfallen an der Baustelle weitere Arbeitsschritte. Häufig ist es allein noch nötig, neben verbleibenden Putz- und Malerarbeiten die Fenster- bzw. Sohlbank in die dafür in der erfindungsgemäßen Umfassungszarge vorsehbare Vorrichtung einzufügen. Die erfindungsgemäße Umfassungszarge stellt einen wärmebrückenoptimierten Anschluss an Gebäudeöffnungen dar, die sich mit einer verringerten Anzahl an Werkzeugen gegenüber herkömmlichen Systemen bei verringertem Zeitaufwand montieren lässt.
