Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zur Inspektion eines Bandes der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, umfassend:- einen Förderer (10), der ausgelegt ist, um ein Produkt, egal, ob es sich um ein fertiges oder halb fertiges Produkt für die tabakverarbeitende Industrie handelt, entlang eines Förderwegs zu fördern, wobei der Förderer (10) mindestens ein Förderband (11) umfasst, das mit mindestens einer Betriebssektion (11a) ausgestattet ist, die genutzt wird, um das Produkt zu fördern, und einer Rücklaufsektion (11b), die nicht genutzt wird, um das Produkt zu fördern;- mindestens eine Erkennungsvorrichtung (20), die in der Nähe des Förderbandes (11) befindlich ist und eine Erkennungszone (Z) definiert, die ausgelegt ist, um das Förderband (11) verschiebbar zu empfangen, wobei die Erkennungsvorrichtung (20) ausgelegt ist, um mindestens eine Eigenschaft des durch die Erkennungszone (Z) laufenden Förderbandes (11) zu erkennen und ein Steuerungssignal zu generieren, das die mindestens eine Eigenschaft darstellt, wobei die Inspektionsvorrichtung eine Steuereinheit (C) umfasst oder damit assoziiert ist, die ausgelegt ist, um das Steuerungssignal zu empfangen und zu verarbeiten und zu ermitteln, ob die mindestens eine Eigenschaft ein oder mehrere vorgegebene Integritätskriterien erfüllt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (C) ausgelegt ist, um ein Referenzsteuerungssignal zu speichern, das während einer ersten vollständigen Umdrehung des Förderbandes (11) relativ zur Erkennungszone (Z) generiert wird, und um das Referenzsteuerungssignal mit den Steuerungssignalen zu vergleichen, die während einer jeden darauffolgenden Umdrehung des Förderbandes (11) generiert werden, um zu ermitteln, ob die mindestens eine Eigenschaft das ein oder mehrere vorgegebene Integritätskriterien erfüllt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Steuereinheit (C) ausgelegt ist, um ein Alarmsignal auszusenden, wenn die mindestens eine Eigenschaft das eine oder mehrere vorgegebene Integritätskriterien nicht erfüllt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Steuereinheit (C) ein lesbares Speichermedium umfasst, das ausgelegt ist, um das Steuerungssignal zu speichern, um zu erlauben, dass dieses ggf. später analysiert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Förderer (10) ein Saugbandförderer (10) zum Fördern eines halb fertigen Produkts in Form von Tabakfasern ist und mindestens einen Führungskanal zum Führen der Tabakfasern umfasst, der seitlich von zwei Seitenwänden und quer zu den Seitenwänden vom Förderband (11) begrenzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Erkennungsvorrichtung (20) einen Encoder (21) umfasst, der ausgelegt ist, um ein Positionssignal zu generieren, das eine Position eines jeden Abschnitts des Saugbandes relativ zur Erkennungsvorrichtung (20) darstellt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Erkennungsvorrichtung (20) einen elektromagnetischen Sensor (22a) umfasst, der vorzugsweise im Mikrowellenbereich arbeitet, definierend einen Erkennungskanal, der ausgelegt ist, um das Saugband verschiebbar zu empfangen, wobei der Erkennungskanal die Erkennungszone (Z) definiert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-6, wobei die Erkennungsvorrichtung (20) einen optischen Sensor (22b) umfasst, bei dem es sich vorzugsweise um eine Fotozelle oder eine Videokamera handelt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-7, wobei die Erkennungsvorrichtung (20) in der Nähe der Rücklaufsektion (11b) des Förderbandes (11) befindlich ist.
- Verfahren zum Prüfen der Qualität eines Förderbandes (11) der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:- Bewirken, dass ein Förderband (11) durch eine Erkennungszone (Z) einer Erkennungsvorrichtung (20) läuft;- mit der Erkennungsvorrichtung (20) Erkennen von mindestens einer Eigenschaft des durch die Erkennungszone (Z) laufenden Förderbandes (11) und Generieren eines Steuerungssignals, das die erkannte Eigenschaft identifiziert;- Verarbeiten des Steuerungssignals, um zu ermitteln, ob die mindestens eine gemessene Eigenschaft ein vorgegebenes Akzeptanzkriterium erfüllt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Schritt zum Erkennen der mindestens einen Eigenschaft des Bandes die folgenden Schritte durchgeführt werden:- Bewirken, dass das Förderband (11) in die Erkennungszone (Z) verschoben wird, und Veranlassen, dass das Förderband (11) eine vollständige Umdrehung vollzieht;- gleichzeitig Erkennen von mindestens einer Eigenschaft des durch die Erkennungszone (Z) laufenden Förderbandes (11) mittels der Erkennungsvorrichtung (20);- Assoziieren der mindestens einen gemessenen Eigenschaft mit nachfolgenden Abschnitten des Saugbandes (11) und Generieren eines Referenzsteuerungssignals,und dadurch, dass der Schritt zum Verarbeiten einen Schritt zum Vergleichen des Referenzsteuerungssignals mit dem Steuerungssignal umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, umfassend einen Schritt zum Aktivieren eines Alarms, wenn die mindestens eine gemessene Eigenschaft das vorgegebene Akzeptanzkriterium nicht erfüllt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, umfassend einen Schritt zum Speichern des Steuerungssignals, um zu erlauben, dass dieses ggf. später analysiert wird.
