Hierzu richtet sich die Erfindung auf eine Montageeinrichtung zur Montage eines Garniturteils auf einem WC-Körper, mit zwei zueinander komplementären Befestigungselementen, von denen ein erstes Befestigungselement an dem WC-Körper und ein zweites Befestigungselement an dem Garniturteil anzubringen ist, wobei eines der Befestigungselemente, vorzugsweise das zweite, ein Formschlusselement zum Herstellen und Lösen eines Formschlusses mit dem anderen Befestigungselement zur Befestigung des Garniturteils auf dem WC-Körper durch Verkopplung der beiden Befestigungselemente aufweist, wobei das Formschlusselement zwischen einer diesem Formschluss entsprechenden Formschlussposition und einer den Formschluss freigebenden Freigabeposition durch eine elastische Kraft beaufschlagt beweglich ist, gekennzeichnet durch ein Blockadeelement des das Formschlusselement aufweisenden Befestigungselements, welches Blockadeelement zwischen einer Blockadeposition und einer Freigabeposition beweglich ist und in der Blockadeposition das Formschlusselement in der Formschlussposition blockiert, wobei das Formschlusselement, wenn das Blockadeelement in der Freigabeposition ist, in Folge der elastischen Kraft in der Formschlussposition bleibt, wobei das andere Befestigungselement, wenn das Blockadeelement in der Freigabeposition ist, durch Kraftbeaufschlagung der Befestigungselemente gegeneinander unter Lösung des Formschlusses zwischen ihm und dem Formschlusselement durch Herausbewegen des Formschlusselementes aus der Formschlussposition gegen die elastische Kraft aus der Verkopplung mit dem das Formschlusselement aufweisenden Befestigungselement gelöst werden kann.
