- the present invention relates to the field of fixing a double-skin cladding on the structure of such a building.
- real estate buildings can be thermally and / or acoustically insulated by means of suitable construction elements, such as double-skin cladding.
- double-skin cladding conventionally comprise at least one interior skin consisting of at least one interior plate, fixed to the building concerned, and at least one exterior skin attached and attached to this interior skin.
- a thermally and / or acoustically insulating panel is interposed between the inner plate of the inner skin and the outer skin in order to provide thermal and / or acoustic insulation of the building.
- the inner skin of a double-skin cladding also comprises a plurality of fixing wings which extend transversely to the inner plate and on which are fixed fixing tabs which make it possible to connect the outer skin to the inner skin. More particularly, these fixing lugs are fixed to the upper faces of the fixing flanges, that is to say the faces of these fixing flanges facing towards the sky when the double-skin cladding is mounted on the building concerned. These fixing wings are different depending on the supplier. Furthermore, the upper faces of these fixing wings can have ribs of different sizes, shapes and positions. These structural differences require the manufacture of as many different fixing brackets as there are fixing wings, which increases the production costs of these fixing brackets and complicates the assembly operations.
- the present invention aims to resolve at least this drawback by proposing a fixing lug adaptable to the majority of fixing wings currently on the market, thus making it possible in particular to achieve economies of scale.
- An object of the present invention thus relates to a fixing lug configured to connect an inner skin to an outer skin of a construction element, the fixing lug comprising at least one main wall from which emerges at least one fixing wall and at least one fixing wall. minus one force-absorbing wall, the main wall comprising at least one area for fixing to the inner skin, the fixing wall being configured to be made integral with the outer skin, the main wall extending mainly in a first plane , the force-absorbing wall extending mainly in a second plane, the fixing wall extending mainly in a third plane, the first plane being transverse to the second plane and to the third plane.

- the fixing wall, the main wall and the force-absorbing wall are all three distinct and secured to each other, after their manufacture.
- the fixing zone of the main wall extends beyond the force-absorbing wall, away from the fixing wall.
- the force-absorbing wall makes it possible to reduce the forces supported by the main wall of the fixing lug, and more particularly by the fixing zone of this main wall of the fixing lug, which then makes it possible to reduce the dimensions of this fixing zone of the main wall without reducing its mechanical strength properties.
- This reduction in dimensions resulting from the presence of the force-absorbing wall makes it possible to design a fixing lug which does not interfere with the ribs and other specific features of the different types of fixing wing.
- the fixing surface of the force-absorbing wall extends in the second plane, at least on either side of the main wall.

Description
The present invention relates to construction assemblies intended for the external faces of buildings. In particular, the present invention relates to the field of fixing a double-skin cladding on the structure of such a building.
In a known manner, real estate buildings can be thermally and / or acoustically insulated by means of suitable construction elements, such as double-skin cladding. These double-skin cladding conventionally comprise at least one interior skin consisting of at least one interior plate, fixed to the building concerned, and at least one exterior skin attached and attached to this interior skin. A thermally and / or acoustically insulating panel is interposed between the inner plate of the inner skin and the outer skin in order to provide thermal and / or acoustic insulation of the building.
The inner skin of a double-skin cladding also comprises a plurality of fixing wings which extend transversely to the inner plate and on which are fixed fixing tabs which make it possible to connect the outer skin to the inner skin.
The present invention aims to resolve at least this drawback by proposing a fixing lug adaptable to the majority of fixing wings currently on the market, thus making it possible in particular to achieve economies of scale.
An object of the present invention thus relates to a fixing lug configured to connect an inner skin to an outer skin of a construction element, the fixing lug comprising at least one main wall from which emerges at least one fixing wall and at least one fixing wall. minus one force-absorbing wall, the main wall comprising at least one area for fixing to the inner skin, the fixing wall being configured to be made integral with the outer skin, the main wall extending mainly in a first plane , the force-absorbing wall extending mainly in a second plane, the fixing wall extending mainly in a third plane, the first plane being transverse to the second plane and to the third plane.
In the present invention, the inner skin is a metal sheet which delimits the peripheral internal volume of a building produced using the construction element. The outer skin is an external cladding exposed to the external environment of the building and responsible for protecting the insulation from external aggressions such as rain, wind, etc.
According to one characteristic of the present invention, the first plane in which the main wall extends is perpendicular to the second plane in which the force-absorbing wall mainly extends. In other words, according to this characteristic of the present invention, an angle formed between the first plane and the second plane is equal to or substantially equal to 90 °.
According to the invention, the force-absorbing wall comprises a fixing surface configured to come into contact with the inner skin. Optionally, the fixing surface of the force-absorbing wall can be fixed to the inner skin.
Optionally, the first plane in which the main wall of the fixing lug is inscribed may be perpendicular to the second plane in which the force-absorbing wall is inscribed and to the third plane in which the fixing wall is inscribed. In other words, it is understood that the third plane and the second plane are then parallel, that is to say that the force-absorbing wall and the wall of the fixing lug are mutually parallel.
According to the invention, the main wall, the fixing wall and the force-absorbing wall can form a one-piece assembly. In other words, the fixing lug forms a single assembly which cannot be separated without causing deterioration of the main wall, of the fixing wall and / or of the force-absorbing wall. Alternatively, the main wall and the fixing wall form a one-piece assembly, that is to say an assembly which cannot be separated without causing deterioration of the main wall or of the fixing wall, the return wall. force being, according to this alternative, attached to the assembly formed by the main wall and the fixing wall. According to yet another alternative, the fixing wall, the main wall and the force-absorbing wall are all three distinct and secured to each other, after their manufacture.
According to the invention, the fixing zone of the main wall extends beyond the force-absorbing wall, away from the fixing wall. The force-absorbing wall makes it possible to reduce the forces supported by the main wall of the fixing lug, and more particularly by the fixing zone of this main wall of the fixing lug, which then makes it possible to reduce the dimensions of this fixing zone of the main wall without reducing its mechanical strength properties. This reduction in dimensions resulting from the presence of the force-absorbing wall makes it possible to design a fixing lug which does not interfere with the ribs and other specific features of the different types of fixing wing.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the fixing surface of the force-absorbing wall extends in the second plane, at least on either side of the main wall. In other words, the fixing surface of the force-absorbing wall extends beyond the main wall, on either side of this main wall in a direction transverse to a main direction of extension of the wall. main. Advantageously, such a configuration can make it possible to make the fixing surface accessible, that is to say that the main wall does not obstruct this fixing surface, which facilitates the possible fixing of the force-absorbing wall. to the inner skin. Optionally, the main wall can include a first part which extends, mainly, in the direction of extension. main wall of the main wall, and a second part which extends, for the most part, in a direction perpendicular to the main direction of extension of the main wall and which fits in the foreground, the fixing surface of the wall of absorption of force extending on either side of the first part and the second part forming the fixing zone.
According to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the fixing zone of the main wall extends in the first plane, at least on either side of the force-absorbing wall.
According to yet another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the force-absorbing wall extends in the second plane, at least on either side of the fixing zone of the main wall.
The present invention also relates to a construction assembly intended for a building, comprising at least one inner skin comprising at least one inner plate intended to be fixed to a support of the building, the construction assembly comprising at least one outer skin, the plate interior and the exterior skin delimiting an internal space in which is housed at least one insulation panel, the interior skin being connected to the exterior skin by at least one fixing tab according to the invention. Advantageously, a plurality of fixing tabs according to the invention makes it possible to connect the inner skin and the outer skin. For example, the insulation panel can be formed from mineral wool or wood wool. This insulation panel can also be in the form of a roll that the technician will then have to cut into panels to integrate them into the construction element according to the invention.
According to one characteristic of the invention, the inner skin comprises at least one fixing wing which comprises at least one flank which extends transversely to the inner plate in the direction of the outer skin and the fixing wing comprises at least one lip of return. According to the invention, this return lip extends mainly in a plane transverse to a plane in which the sidewall is predominantly inscribed.
According to the invention, the fixing zone of the main wall of the fixing lug is fixed to an upper face of the side of the fixing wing of the inner skin, this upper face being turned away from the lip of the inner skin. return. In other words, the fixing zone of the main wall is fixed on a face of the side of the fixing wing which faces the sky when the construction element is assembled on the building concerned. The force-absorbing wall of the fixing lug is itself fixed to the return lip of the fixing wing of the inner skin.
According to the invention, at least one rib is provided on the upper face of the side of the fixing wing of the inner skin, this upper face being turned away from the return lip, a distance measured between the rib and a free edge of the fixing flange, located at the intersection of the sidewall and the return lip, being greater than a dimension of the fixing zone of the main wall of the fixing lug measured parallel to the direction of main extension of the main wall.
According to an example of application of the present invention, a secondary framework can be interposed between the fixing lug and the outer skin. In other words, the fixing lug is then fixed on the one hand on the inner skin, and on the other hand on the secondary framework, this secondary framework for its part being fixed to the outer skin. More particularly, according to this example, the secondary framework is fixed to the fixing wall of the fixing lug and the outer skin is itself fixed to the secondary framework. For example, this secondary framework may consist of at least one metal section, advantageously of a plurality of metal sections, distributed along the construction element. For example, these metal profiles have a Z or Omega shape.
The invention finally relates to a method of assembling a construction assembly according to the invention, comprising at least a first step of fixing an interior plate of an interior skin on the support of the building, at least a second step for fixing a fixing tab according to the invention on the inner skin, at least a third step of fitting the insulation panel and at least a fourth step of fixing an outer skin on the fixing lug or on a secondary framework, the second step comprising at least a first sub-step of positioning the force-absorbing wall of the fixing lug in contact with the return lip of the 'fixing wing and / or at least a second sub-step of fixing the fixing zone of the main wall of the fixing lug on the fixing wing of the inner skin and / or at least a third sub-step for fixing the force-absorbing wall on the return lip of the inner skin fixing wing. More precisely, the outer skin or the secondary framework is fixed to the fixing wall of the fixing lug. Optionally, the insulation panel has at least one cutout intended to receive the fixing lug and the fixing wing of the inner skin.
In the remainder of the description, the terms “interior” and “exterior” are understood in relation to a building for which a construction element according to the invention is intended, the so-called “interior” elements corresponding to closer or closer elements. turned towards a volume delimited by the building concerned, while the so-called “exterior” elements are those closer or turned towards the exterior environment of the building. An internal skin therefore forms an internal skin of the building, while an external skin forms an external skin of the building, at least one insulation panel and one fixing lug according to the invention being arranged between these two skins. Furthermore, a so-called "lower" element refers to an element facing the ground when the construction element is mounted on the building and a so-called "upper" element corresponds to an element facing the sky when the building element is mounted on the building. construction element is mounted on the building.

According to the invention, the
Furthermore, it is noted that a portion of the
As will be more fully detailed below, a

This third exemplary embodiment differs more particularly from the variant of the first exemplary embodiment which has just been described in that the

As shown, this fourth exemplary embodiment and its variant differ from the examples which have just been described in that the fixing
The fixing

This
According to the invention, the
The
As previously mentioned, the fixing
With reference to what has been described above, it is understood that at least one second fixing means 310 more specifically makes it possible to secure the fixing
At least a third step E3 consists of the installation of the acoustic and / or thermal insulation panel. Optionally, the thermal and / or acoustic insulation panel may have a cutout suitable for receiving, at least, the fixing wing of the inner skin. Advantageously, this cutout can also be adapted to receive the fixing lug. For example, this cutout could be made in the thermal and / or acoustic insulation panel when the latter is made of rock wool. On the other hand, when the thermal and / or acoustic insulation panel is made of a glass leash, this panel may be devoid of any cutout. A fourth step E4 is aimed at fixing the outer skin on the fixing lug, whether or not via a secondary framework, which is the subject of the invention.
La deuxième étape E2 comprend au moins trois sous-étapes SE21 et SE22, SE23 ci-après désignées comme « première sous-étape SE21 », « deuxième sous-étape SE22 » et « troisième sous-étape SE23 ».The second step E2 comprises at least three sub-steps SE21 and SE22, SE23 hereinafter referred to as “first sub-step SE21”, “second sub-step SE22” and “third sub-step SE23”.
Thus, the first sub-step SE21 consists in positioning the fixing lug so that the force-absorbing wall of this fixing lug is arranged in contact with the return lip of the fixing wing concerned. The second sub-step SE22 consists in securing the fixing zone of the main wall of the fixing lug on the upper face of this fixing wing, in particular by using the second fixing means as described above. The third sub-step SE23 consists in fixing the force-absorbing wall of the fixing lug on the return lip of the fixing wing of the inner skin, by the implementation of the two third fixing means as described above.
According to the invention, the second sub-step SE22 and the third sub-step SE23 are independent and provision may be made to carry out only one of the two without departing from the context of the present invention. Thus, according to a first embodiment, the second step E2 of the method of assembling the construction element according to the invention comprises the first sub-step SE21 and the second sub-step SE22, according to a second embodiment, the second step E2 of the method of assembling the construction element according to the invention comprises the first substep SE21 and the third substep SE23 and, according to a third embodiment, the second step E2 of the assembly method of the construction element according to the invention comprises the first substep SE21, the second substep SE22 and the third substep SE23, the second substep SE22 and the third substep SE23 can then be carried out in this order or in a reverse order without distinction.
The third step E3 consists in positioning the insulation panel in the internal space of the construction element. Where appropriate, this insulation panel must be positioned so that any cutout made in the latter is arranged opposite the fixing lug and the fixing flange. Finally, the fourth step E4 consists of the implementation of the first fixing means so as to fix the outer skin or the secondary framework on the fixing wall of the fixing lug.
The invention therefore proposes a simple and standardized means which makes it possible to assemble an outer skin to an inner skin so as to form a construction element providing thermal and / or acoustic insulation of a building to which it is fixed. It is understood that the invention is not limited to the means described and illustrated here and that it also extends to any equivalent means and configuration and to any technically operative combination of such means. In particular, the shape and arrangement of the fixing means described for fixing the fixing lug on the inner skin and on the outer skin can be modified without harming the invention insofar as they fulfill the functionalities described in the this document.
