- the object of the present invention is to create a storage shelf in which panel parts that can be placed next to one another in the width direction are arranged more stably in the use position and yet allow a panel part to be removed easily and completely from the support frame from the use position.
- One aspect of the invention relates to a shelf for a household refrigeration appliance, with a shelf that has a first plate part and a separate second plate part, which is arranged in a position of use in the width direction of the shelf next to the first plate part to form the connected shelf or a shelf .
- the second plate part can be removed non-destructively to reduce the size of the storage plate.
- the storage shelf has a support frame which only partially encloses the storage shelf at the edge.
- the carrier frame is only formed on three sides surrounding the shelf.
- the support frame has a rear frame part and two opposite side frame parts. As a result, the plate parts can be kept stable in the position of use.
- a plate part can be completely removed from the carrier frame from its position of use, since it is easily accessible and manipulable via the side on which no carrier frame is arranged.
- the support frame is designed to be open at the front.
- a part of the plate can be completely removed at the front.
- the shelf can also be referred to as a shelf.
- the rear frame part and the side frame parts are separate components from one another. They are releasably connected to one another, in particular by plug-in connections and by screw connections. As a result, the individual components of the support frame can be manufactured more easily. Nevertheless, they are mechanically stable and resiliently coupled. Precisely when two different types of mechanical connection are formed, a high load capacity of the support frame, which is only three-sided, is also achieved and high torsional rigidity is generated.
- an upper slot receptacle is formed in the rear frame part.
- a rear edge of the first plate part is introduced into this upper groove receptacle.
- at least one lateral frame part can have a support platform which is open at the top and on which the first plate part rests. As a result, a secure support of the plate part is made possible and yet the upper support surface is not restricted. Furthermore, the first plate part is held securely to the rear, in particular in several spatial directions.
- a side frame part preferably has a side stop against which a side edge of a panel part rests.
- a filigree side contour or a side bar is created, which specifies an end position of the panel part in the width direction.
- the side stop is just a vertically oriented low wall.
- the height of the side stop is less than or equal to the height or thickness of the plate part. Undesirable projections upwards as well as restrictions on the contact surface of the plate part can be avoided in this way.
- the rear frame part and a side frame part have a storage unit of the shelf.
- the stowage unit is integrated into the carrier frame or formed in one piece with it.
- the second panel part can be stowed on or in the stowage unit under the first panel part on the storage shelf itself.
- this part of the board that is not required remains on the shelf and does not have to be stowed away elsewhere. In particular, this also enables space-saving stowage.
- the rear frame part has an integrated receiving groove for the stowage unit and the side frame part has an integrated receiving groove for the stowage unit.
- the rear frame part has a separating web oriented in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the rear frame part.
- the separating web separates an upper groove receptacle of the rear frame part from a receptacle groove of a stowage unit of the storage shelf formed below in the height direction.
- This receiving groove which is separated for receiving the groove, is formed in the rear frame part.
- the stability of the rear frame part is increased by the separating web, despite the configuration with two grooves.
- this separating web also acts as a limit for the two grooves.
- the separating web is multifunctional and integrated into the rear frame part or formed in one piece with it.
- An upper wall of the separating web preferably forms a lower boundary wall of the groove receptacle in the depth direction of the storage shelf.
- this slot receptacle is stably limited at the bottom and has a high load-bearing capacity.
- the lower boundary wall is larger than an upper boundary wall of the groove receptacle. This allows a plate part to be easily inserted into the groove receptacle. Due to the longer lower boundary wall, the plate part can first be placed on top of it and then pushed backwards into the slot receptacle. Even in the inserted end state, the plate part then rests over a large area on the lower boundary wall.
- a lower wall of the separating web can form an upper delimiting wall of the receiving groove. Viewed in the depth direction, this lower wall of the separating web is larger than a lower boundary wall of the receiving groove formed underneath. As a result, the second plate part is more covered and protected by this lower wall in the non-use position.
- the lower wall of the separating web preferably has a straight rear section and a second, front section which rises obliquely upwards and forwards. Viewed in the direction of depth, the two sections directly adjoin one another. With this configuration, the frontally open entry opening of the receiving groove of the stowage unit is widened in the vertical direction. This simplifies insertion and removal of the second panel part.
- the upper wall of the separating web preferably has a channel-like surface offset running in the width direction of the storage shelf, at least in the section in which the removable second panel part can be attached. Viewed in the depth direction of the shelf, this surface offset is formed at a point at which the upper boundary wall of the groove receptacle has its front edge. As a result of this surface offset, the groove receptacle is widened in the vertical direction at its entry opening. This enables a panel part, in particular the second panel part, to be inserted and removed more easily.
- the surface offset is designed in particular as a step, to which a ramp that slopes downwards and backwards opens from the front.
- the separating web is preferably designed as a hollow profile. As a result, it is designed to be lighter. Furthermore, the cavity can be used to accommodate other elements. In particular, at least one screw dome is formed in the cavity, at least for screwing to another component. In particular, provision can be made for the rear frame part to be screwed to the side frame parts as a result.
- the at least one screw boss is preferably formed in one piece with the separating web. It is thus designed to be integrated into the separating web.
- a front end portion of an upper boundary wall of the groove mount has an inclined inner wall so that the vertical clearance of the groove mount is increased. This makes it easier to insert and remove a plate part. In particular, this is designed only for that side frame part on which the second plate part is arranged in its position of use.
- the groove receptacle preferably has a depth measured in the depth direction that is greater than a distance measured in the depth direction between a pull-out stop or a stop edge and a front edge of an edge protection element.
- the edge protection element is arranged on a rear edge of the second panel part. In particular, it has a profile that is U-shaped in cross section. A U-leg that is lower in the height direction has a front edge. In particular, this represents the edge to which the distance to the pull-out stop is measured. The distance is measured in the end position of the second panel part on the carrier frame and in the use position of the second panel part.
- the pull-out stop is formed on the side frame part to which the second panel part is attached in the position of use. This advantageous embodiment prevents the second plate part from tipping down when it is pulled forward from the named end position. It therefore hits the pull-out stop with the front edge before the edge protection element and/or the rear edge of the second panel part can be pulled out completely from the groove receptacle.
- the storage shelf preferably has a securing part which is arranged on a front edge of the second panel part, in particular is arranged in a stationary manner.
- the securing part cannot be displaced relative to the second plate part, neither in the depth direction nor in the width direction. As a result, it is positionally stable and permanently arranged on it in an accurate position.
- the securing part protrudes beyond the second plate part in the width direction.
- a section of the securing part encompasses a front edge of the first plate part.
- the two panel parts are thus kept at the same height on the front side.
- that section of the securing part which is intended to encompass the front edge of the first plate part is formed as a hollow channel.
- the front edge of the first plate part dips into this in the position of use of the second plate part.
- this section does not have any clamping or clamping of the front edge. He is only designed as a shell. Leading the second front edge out of this section is made possible without overcoming a clamping force or clamping force acting in the depth direction.
- the securing part can also be referred to as an element for maintaining the height of the plate parts in the position of use.
- An overlap between the securing part and the front edge, measured in the depth direction, is preferably smaller than the above-mentioned depth of the groove receptacle. This applies in the end position of the second plate part on the support frame and in the position of use.
- a safety concept is made possible by this advantageous embodiment. This means that when the second panel part is removed, the securing part is initially decoupled from the front edge of the first panel part when the second panel part is pulled forward. It can therefore be pulled forward with the second plate part in the depth direction so far that no more overlapping is set. In this state, the front edge of the edge protection element abuts against the pull-out stop on the side frame part. In this intermediate state, the second plate part can then be lifted upwards or pivoted upwards at the front edge.
- this lifting can then be carried out easily.
- the second panel part can then be completely removed from the groove receptacle and pulled out obliquely upwards and forwards.
- top”, bottom”, “front”, “back”, “horizontal”, “vertical”, “depth direction”, “width direction”, “height direction” etc. are the positions given for intended use and intended arrangement of the shelf and directions given.
- a household refrigeration appliance 1 is shown in a perspective view.
- the household refrigeration appliance 1 is designed for storing and preserving food.
- the domestic refrigeration appliance 1 has a housing 2 .
- At least one receiving space 3 for food is formed in the housing 2 .
- the receiving space 3 can be a refrigerated space or a freezer space.
- the household refrigeration appliance 1 can be a refrigerator or a freezer or a fridge-freezer combination appliance.
- the household refrigeration appliance 1 also has a door 4 .
- the door 4 is arranged pivotably on the housing 2. It is arranged to close the receiving space 3 at the front.
- the receiving space 3 is delimited by the walls of an inner container 5 of the household refrigeration appliance 1 .
- Storage shelves are arranged in the receiving space 3 in the example.
- the removable shelves can also be referred to as shelves.
- an embodiment of a shelf 6 is shown.
- a shelf is formed as a continuous surface from two separate plate parts 7, 8. Both plate parts are arranged in the position of use. In this connection, they are arranged next to one another in the width direction (x-direction) of the storage shelf 6 .
- the width direction is also that of the household refrigeration appliance 1.
- the two plate parts are arranged at the same height.
- the vertical direction corresponds to that of the shelf 6 and is also the same as the vertical direction of the household refrigeration appliance 1.
- the two plate parts 7, 8 are also arranged at the same depth relative to one another in their position of use.
- the depth direction of the shelf 6 also corresponds to the depth direction of the household refrigeration appliance 1.
- a corresponding shelf 6 is shown as an example, in that only the position of use of the first plate part 7 is shown.
- the second plate part 8 is arranged below the first plate part 7 in the height direction and is positioned in a non-use position. Nevertheless, even in this non-use position, it remains arranged or stowed on the shelf 6 itself.
- FIG 2 a section of the household refrigeration appliance 1 is shown in an enlarged representation.
- Several shelves or storage shelves 6 are also arranged here as an example.
- a shelf 6 is shown here with two plate parts 7 and 8 in a position of use.
- the first panel part 7 and the second panel part 8 are arranged next to one another and without overlapping one another in such a way that they form a common, coherent, horizontal and level storage panel 9 .
- items, in particular stored goods can be placed on the shelves 6 .
- objects can be placed on both parts of the board.
- the storage shelf 6 is shown in an arrangement in which only the first panel part 7 is arranged in the position of use.
- the second plate part 8 is arranged in the non-use position. For this purpose, viewed in the height direction, it is arranged below the first plate part 7 and in the width direction at the same latitude and/or in the depth direction at the same depth as this first plate part 7 .
- this second plate part 8 is stowed on a carrier frame 10 of the storage shelf 6 in the non-use position.
- the volume space that has become free upwards in the area of the second plate part 8 can be used to place larger objects, such as bottles, below the storage shelf 6, which then protrude further upwards in the height direction than the storage shelf 6. These objects then extend between the two stacked plate parts 7 and 8 and the support frame 10 upwards.
- a shelf 6 is shown in a perspective view.
- This shelf 6 has the first panel part 7 and the second panel part 8 separate therefrom.
- the first plate part 7 is preferably a square plate.
- the second plate part 8 is preferably a square plate.
- the two plate parts 7 and 8 are the same size.
- the first plate part 7 and/or the second plate part 8 can be formed from a material that is at least partially transparent. It can be plastic plates or glass plates.
- the shelf 6 has a support frame 10 that is separate from the two separate panel parts 7 and 8 .
- This support frame 10 is U-shaped. He surrounds the tray 9 only on three sides. The support frame 10 is thus only a three-sided frame.
- the support frame 10 has a first lateral frame part 11 , a rear frame part 12 and a second lateral frame part 13 . At least at the front, the shelf 9 is not framed by this support frame 10. The shelf 9 is exposed to the front.
- the three frame parts 11, 12 and 13 are separate components from one another. They can be connected to one another by a respective connection, in particular a non-destructively detachable connection.
- the first frame part 11 is connected to one end of the rear frame part 12 at its rear end in the depth direction (z-direction).
- a plug connection and/or a screw connection can be provided here. The same can be provided in a rear corner area of the storage shelf 6 between the second lateral frame part 13 and the rear frame part 12 .
- This can also be provided for the connection between the rear frame part 12 and the second side frame part 13 .
- This results in connections between said frame parts 11, 12, 13 that overlap in the width direction in the rear corner regions 14 and 15.
- an end plate 16 of the first frame part 11, which is only arranged in the corner region 14, partially covers the rear frame part 12 from above.
- the same can be provided with a cover plate 17 between the second lateral frame part 13 and the rear frame part 12 .
- the cover plate 17 is only formed in the corner area 15 .
- the tray 9 is shown in a full position of use.
- both plate parts 7 and 8 are arranged next to one another in the width direction, in particular without overlapping. They are each positioned in the same position in the depth direction and in the height direction, so that a coherent square shelf 9 is formed.
- the shelf 6 is also of quadrangular design.
- the first plate part 7 has a separate edge protection element 19 on a front edge 18 .
- This is in particular designed as a U-profile and/or in one piece. Provision can also be made for a corresponding edge protection element 21 to be arranged on a front edge 20 of the second panel part 8 .
- the edge protection elements 19 and 21 can be separate rails for the plate parts 7 and 8 . For example, they are attached or glued on.
- the first plate part 7 has a rear edge 22 ( Figure 7b ) has a separate edge protection element 23 .
- the edge protection element 23 can be U-shaped, in particular in cross section.
- the second plate part 8 at its rear end 24 ( figure 5 ) has a separate edge protection element 25 .
- This edge protection element 25 can be U-shaped.
- the shelf 6 also has a connecting part or a front-side securing part 26 that is separate from the plate parts 7 , 8 and the support frame 10 .
- This securing part 26 is designed as a rail or bar. It surrounds the second plate part 8 at the front. In particular, it is arranged on this second plate part 8 so that it is secured against displacement in the width direction. In particular, it is stationarily arranged on it. For example, a clamp connection or an adhesive connection or the like can be provided in this context.
- the securing part 26 also encompasses the edge protection element 21.
- the securing part 26 projects laterally beyond the width of the second plate part 8 at its corner region. in the in 4 In the usage position of the entire shelf 9 shown, this securing part 26 thus also protrudes over a partial area of the front edge 18 of the first panel part 7. In particular, it also encloses a front edge protection 19 that is preferably present on the front.
- This securing part 26, however, is not firmly connected to the second panel part 7. It serves only as a front protective cover or protective cap for the first plate part 7. In particular, there is no position-securing connection with the first plate part 7 in the width direction and in the depth direction.
- the securing part 26 thus represents a front-side position or level-keeping part in this full position of use of the shelf 9. An undesirable offset in the height direction of these two plate parts 7 and 8 is thereby prevented.
- the two lateral frame parts 11 and 13 do not extend over the entire depth of the plate parts 7 and 8. They end set back in relation to the front edges or front edges 18 and 20.
- the shelf 6 has a stowage unit 27 .
- the storage unit 27 is integrated into the first side frame part 11 and the rear frame part 12 and is thus formed in one piece therewith.
- the stowage unit 27 has a receiving groove 28 in the first lateral frame part 11 .
- the first plate part 7 is held laterally with the first lateral frame part 11 .
- the second plate part 8 is therefore not held in the position of use.
- This receiving groove 28 is formed below a support pedestal 29 of the first frame part 11 viewed in the vertical direction.
- This support platform 29 is open at the top.
- this first plate part 7 can be placed from above. Towards the top, it is not laterally covered by the first frame part 11 .
- the first frame part 11 also has a lateral stop bar 30 .
- the stop bar 30 rises from the support platform 29 upwards.
- a position limitation or a displacement stop for the first plate part 7 in the width direction is formed by this stop web 30 .
- the stowage unit 27 also has a further receiving groove 31 in the rear frame part 12 .
- Receiving groove 31 shown is open towards the front. The second plate part 8 can thus be pushed into the receiving groove 28 and the receiving groove 31 in the position of use and is thus arranged stowed underneath the first plate part 7 .
- the shelf 6 has a central web 32 ( 4 ) on.
- the support frame 10 can also be designed alone without the central web 32 and can hold the plate parts 7, 8 stably, as a result of the above-mentioned embodiments and also the explanations presented below.
- the central web 32 is preferably a part that is separate in particular from the carrier frame 10 .
- the middle web 32 receives the first plate part 7 in the edge area opposite the first frame part 11 .
- the middle web 32 extends in the depth direction. In an advantageous embodiment, it is arranged directly on the rear frame part 12 .
- the middle web 32 can be a component that is separate from the rear frame part 12 . It can be connected to the rear frame part 12 by a plug connection and/or a screw connection.
- the middle bar 32 is shorter than the two lateral frame parts 11 and 13, viewed in the depth direction. It can also be provided that the middle bar 32 is longer.
- the middle web 32 can extend over the entire length of the two plate parts 7 and 8 measured in the depth direction.
- the middle web 32 is formed as a holder or support part for the first plate part 7 . In the position of use of the second plate part 8 this is also arranged sitting on this central web 32 .
- the middle bar 32 In the non-use position of the second panel part 8, the middle bar 32 also serves as a sub-component of the stowage unit 27 in an advantageous embodiment.
- the middle bar 32 advantageously has an integrated receiving groove 33 for this purpose.
- the second plate part 8 can be pushed into this in the non-use position and held therein.
- the stowage unit 27 is formed by a three-sided, in particular U-shaped receiving groove. This can be formed by the three separate receiving grooves 28, 31 and 33.
- the central web 32 has a support platform 34 .
- This support platform 34 is designed to be open at the top. Only the second plate part 8 rests on this support pedestal 34 from above when it is arranged in its position of use.
- the central web 34 has an integrated holding part 35 .
- This first plate part 7 dips into this slot or into this groove 36 at the edge. this is in 4 shown.
- this engagement part 35 is connected to the groove 36 in Viewed in the vertical direction, it is arranged above the receiving groove 33 which is preferably formed.
- the first plate part 7 is installed in particular in a stationary manner on the carrier frame 10 and the central web 32 .
- the shelf 6 is shown in a perspective view, with the second panel part 8 being removed from its position of use.
- the second lateral frame part 13 is shown in a sectional view (the sectional plane is the yz plane).
- the second frame part 13 has a downwardly open recess 37a.
- a receiving cam for example cams 83, 84 ( 18 ), immerse, which is arranged on a side wall of the inner container 5.
- a further recess 38 can be formed, into which a further cam, for example cam 83 or 84 ( 18 ), can engage on a vertical side wall of the inner container 5.
- the first frame part 11 can also be designed accordingly.
- the already mentioned receiving groove 31 in the rear frame part 12 is preferably formed at least over the length of the first plate part 7 . It can be formed over the entire length of the rear frame part 12 . this is in figure 5 shown.
- the two lateral frame parts 11 and 13 are designed in their interior as a framework structure. As a result, they are designed to be lightweight on the one hand and highly rigid on the other.
- the second lateral frame part 13 does not have any components for the stowage unit 27 . In particular, it therefore has no additional receiving groove, as is formed by the receiving groove 28 .
- a groove receptacle 38 is designed according to the invention, as shown in 4 and figure 5 is shown.
- This groove recording 38 is in an advantageous embodiment over the entire length of the rear Frame part 12 formed in this width direction. It therefore also serves to accommodate the rear area of the second plate part 8 when this is arranged in the position of use.
- This groove receptacle 38 is formed in the vertical direction above the separate receptacle groove 31 .
- the rear frame part 12 is shown in a perspective view.
- the groove receptacle 38 is delimited by an upper wall 39 .
- This groove receptacle 38 is bounded by a boundary wall 40 at the bottom.
- This boundary wall 40 represents an upper wall 41 of a separating web 42 .
- the separating web 42 is formed in one piece with the rear frame part 12 .
- the divider 42 has the top wall 41 . It also has a bottom wall 43 .
- the separating web 42 is preferably designed as a hollow profile.
- the lower wall 43 of the separating web 42 delimits the receiving groove 31 from above.
- the separating web 42 is thus a dividing wall between the groove receptacle 38 and the receptacle groove 31 and delimits both directly.
- the receiving groove 31 is bounded at the bottom by a lower wall or lower boundary wall 44 .
- the separating web 42 viewed in the depth direction, extends further forward than the upper boundary wall or the upper wall 39. In this regard, it also extends further forward than the lower boundary wall 44.
- At least one screw boss 46 is integrated in a cavity 45 of the separating web 42 .
- This screw boss 46 can be attached to the illustration in 6 the second lateral frame part 13 are screwed.
- the second frame part 13 is pushed laterally onto the structure of the rear frame part 12 .
- a further bore 47 is integrated in a front, in particular tapered, area of the separating web 42 . This bore 47 is preferably continuous over the entire length.
- the separate central web 32 can be screwed to it. An additional screwing of the lateral frame part 13 at the end to the rear frame part 12 is additionally made possible as a result.
- this upper wall 41 of the separating web 42 has a surface offset 48 .
- this surface offset 48 has a downwardly sloping wall 49.
- the upper wall 39 has a bevel 50 facing the groove receptacle 38 at its front end. As a result, the groove receptacle 38 is also widened in its front area, so that the insertion and removal of the second plate part 8 is also simplified here.
- the rear frame part 12 has a hollow chamber 51 which adjoins the groove receptacle 38 and the receptacle groove 31 as well as the separating web 42 on the back.
- the lower wall 43 of the separating web 42 is in particular not formed in a straight line. It has a straight rear section 52 . Adjoining to the front, a further section 53 is formed which is oriented obliquely upwards and to the front.
- this bevel also enables an individually improved fixing of the position of the lateral frame part 13 and/or 11 and/or an improved fixing of the position of the central web 32 . In particular, this also makes it easier to remove and insert the second panel part 8 into the stowed position below the first panel part 7 .
- the separating web 42 has a bevel 54 both upwards and downwards on its front edge region. This taper in the taper likewise simplifies the insertion and removal of plate parts 7 and/or 8 .
- FIG 7a a left rear corner area of the shelf 6 is shown in a perspective view.
- the storage pedestal 29 has a receiving trough 56 .
- a lower leg 57 of the edge protection element 23 is embedded in this.
- this first plate part 7 is also secured in position by the end plate 16 in the depth direction.
- the end plate 16 embraces an upper leg 58 of the edge protection element 23 towards the front Figure 7b
- the lower leg 57 of the edge protection element 23 extends further forward than the upper leg 58.
- the separating web 42 has a support pedestal 59 in its upper wall 41 .
- the lower leg 57 sits on this support platform 59 . This enables improved positioning and mechanically more stable attachment of the first plate part 7 .
- this support pedestal 59 serves as a set-up area for objects, in particular stored goods. This is made possible in particular when the second plate part 8 is arranged in its non-use position and this support pedestal 29 is therefore exposed upwards, viewed in the width direction, at least over the width of the second plate part 8 . Smaller objects, such as yoghurt pots or the like, can be placed here, for example.
- the second plate part 8 is shown in a partial section in the front area.
- the position of the securing part 26 that is clamped and, in particular, secured against displacement in the width direction can be seen.
- this securing part 26 is designed like a clamp and encompasses the edge protection element 19. This prevents it from being pulled off in the depth direction. Shifting in the width direction is also secured, in particular by a stop wall 60 .
- this securing part 26 has a hollow area 61 .
- This hollow area 61 encompasses the front corner area of the first panel part 7, as shown in Figure 8b shown. is. This is the case when both plate parts 7 and 8 are arranged in the position of use.
- the central web 32 is shown again in a perspective view.
- a snap-in element 63 is formed on a bottom 62 of this groove 36 . This projects into the groove 36 .
- This allows snapping with a snap receptacle 64, which is in 11 shown can be achieved.
- This snap-in receptacle 64 is formed in an underside 65 of the first plate part 7 .
- This snap-in receptacle 64 can be a ground-in groove in the underside 65, for example.
- the receiving groove 33 is also shown.
- a front groove opening 65 is widened up and down.
- a lower boundary wall 66 of this receiving groove 33 is uneven.
- the sectional plane is the yx plane
- the center web 32 is hollow on the inside.
- the central web 32 can have a side cover 67 which laterally closes this hollow area.
- a partial area of the shelf 6 is shown in a perspective view.
- the stowage position or non-use position of the second panel part 8 below the first panel part 7 is shown here.
- In 13 is in a vertical sectional view (the sectional plane is the yz plane) along the section line XIII-XIII in 12 shown.
- the middle web 32 is shown here in the uncut state.
- this second plate part 8 is introduced into the receiving groove 33 at the edge. Due to the uneven configuration of the lower boundary wall 66, a ground elevation 68 is formed, on which the second plate part 8 rests directly with its underside. A lowered area 69 of this lower boundary wall 66 is formed as viewed backwards in the depth direction. As a result, an air space is formed for the edge protection element 25 when viewed in the direction of height. The second plate part 8 can thus just in this Receiving groove 33 are stored.
- edge protection element 25 is formed on the edge protection element 25 . This dips into a snap-on receptacle 73 on the underside of plate part 8 . As a result, the edge protection element 25 is snapped onto the second panel part 8 . The same can be provided with the edge protection element 23 for snapping onto the first plate part 7 .
- the shelf 6 is shown in a perspective sectional view.
- the second lateral frame part 13 is shown in a vertical section, as is the second plate part 8.
- the two plate parts 7 and 8 are shown here in a position of use.
- the end position of the second plate part 8 is shown.
- a depth b of the groove receptacle 38 measured in the depth direction is shown.
- a distance c is shown. This distance c is measured in the depth direction between a front edge 74 of a lower leg 75 of the edge protection element 25 and a stop edge which forms a pull-out stop 76 .
- This pull-out stop 76 is part of a stop integrated in the third frame part 13 .
- This distance c in the end position in the position of use of the second plate part 8 is smaller than this depth b.
- the second plate part 8 is removed from its position of use, as shown in 15 First, this second plate part 8 is pulled linearly forward in the positive z-direction. This will according to 15 reached an intermediate removal position. In this intermediate removal position, the front edge or the front edge 74 strikes the pull-out stop 76 . Since this distance c is shown in 14 is greater than the overlap dimensioned in the depth direction is in accordance with this intermediate removal position 15 the securing part 26 is decoupled from the first plate part 7 . This means that the securing part 26 no longer overlaps with the first plate part 7 in the depth direction. In this interim removal position according to 15 however, the rear area of the plate part 8 is still partially accommodated in the groove receptacle 38 .
- the removal angle a results from the height of the pull-out stop 76 and the width of the lower leg 75 measured in the depth direction.
- a shelf 6 is shown in a partial detail in a further perspective representation.
- This embodiment is not in accordance with the invention.
- a central web 32 is provided, which is designed differently from the embodiments previously mentioned.
- the support plateau or the support pedestal 34 is provided accordingly.
- Another support pedestal 78 is provided for the first panel part 7 .
- This support pedestal 78 is designed to be open at the top. There is thus no groove 36 available.
- a pull-out safeguard for the second panel part 8 is provided in the in 17 shown position of use provided in the depth direction.
- a corresponding elevation 79 is designed to project upwards for this purpose.
- This bulge 77 can be a semicircular disk. According to the illustration in 17 a bulge 77 formed in the width direction.
- the second plate part 8 from the 17 can be removed from the end position shown in that it is raised at the front in a first step, so that the coupling between the elements 79 and 80 is decoupled. With the oblique position then achieved, the second plate part 8 can be removed to the front.
- a further exemplary embodiment of a storage shelf 6 is shown in a perspective view.
- This embodiment is not in accordance with the invention.
- the support frame 10 has only one rear frame part 12 .
- the lateral frame parts 11 and 13 are not present here.
- separate parts 82 are provided here.
- a length-reduced central web 32 is provided.
- This part 82 can be attached to a cam 83 formed on a vertical side wall of the inner container 5 . For example, it can be infected in this regard.
- Support platforms are formed in the central web 32 and this further element 82, on which the second plate part 8 can be placed in the non-use position.
- the central web 32 is arranged here at a distance from and decoupled from the rear frame part 12 .
- another cam 84 is shown. This is also integrated in the inner container 5 .
- the first plate part 7 rests on this cam 84 here.
- Corresponding cams 83 and/or 84 are formed on the opposite side wall of the inner container.
- the carrier frame 10 can be made of plastic or metal. It can also be provided that one frame part is made of metal and another frame part is made of plastic.
- the rear frame part 12 can be made of metal, in particular aluminum. An extruded aluminum profile can be realized here.
- the middle web 32 can also be made of plastic or metal. In particular, if the central web 32 is also arranged relatively far to the front, the securing part 26 can optionally be omitted.
- the carrier frame 10 can also be implemented as a one-piece component, for example as an injection molded component.
- the carrier frame 10 is to be understood as a component which is only associated with the storage shelf 6 .
- the carrier frame 10 thus has no components which are integrally formed, for example as cams or rails or the like, on a vertical side wall or a rear side wall of the inner container 5 or are fixed in place thereon.
- Such components on an inner container serve as coupling structures on which the storage shelf 6, in particular with its support frame 10, can be placed and/or coupled.
- Such components of the inner container 5 that are separate from the shelf are secured, for example, by cams 83 and 84 in 18 shown. These are also examples in 3 and 16 to recognize.
- the cams 83, 84 can also be designed in other ways.
- a shelf 6 can also be provided as an accessory or retrofit part. It can thus also be retrofitted into already existing household refrigeration appliances 1 .

The object of the present invention is to create a storage shelf in which panel parts that can be placed next to one another in the width direction are arranged more stably in the use position and yet allow a panel part to be removed easily and completely from the support frame from the use position.
This object is achieved by a shelf having the features of
One aspect of the invention relates to a shelf for a household refrigeration appliance, with a shelf that has a first plate part and a separate second plate part, which is arranged in a position of use in the width direction of the shelf next to the first plate part to form the connected shelf or a shelf . The second plate part can be removed non-destructively to reduce the size of the storage plate. The storage shelf has a support frame which only partially encloses the storage shelf at the edge. The carrier frame is only formed on three sides surrounding the shelf. The support frame has a rear frame part and two opposite side frame parts. As a result, the plate parts can be kept stable in the position of use. Nevertheless, a plate part can be completely removed from the carrier frame from its position of use, since it is easily accessible and manipulable via the side on which no carrier frame is arranged. In particular, the support frame is designed to be open at the front. As a result, a part of the plate can be completely removed at the front. The shelf can also be referred to as a shelf.
Preferably, the rear frame part and the side frame parts are separate components from one another.
According to the invention, an upper slot receptacle is formed in the rear frame part. A rear edge of the first plate part is introduced into this upper groove receptacle. In addition to this, at least one lateral frame part can have a support platform which is open at the top and on which the first plate part rests. As a result, a secure support of the plate part is made possible and yet the upper support surface is not restricted. Furthermore, the first plate part is held securely to the rear, in particular in several spatial directions.
A side frame part preferably has a side stop against which a side edge of a panel part rests. As a result, a filigree side contour or a side bar is created, which specifies an end position of the panel part in the width direction. In particular, the side stop is just a vertically oriented low wall. In particular, the height of the side stop is less than or equal to the height or thickness of the plate part. Undesirable projections upwards as well as restrictions on the contact surface of the plate part can be avoided in this way.
According to the invention, the rear frame part and a side frame part have a storage unit of the shelf. In particular, the stowage unit is integrated into the carrier frame or formed in one piece with it. When not in use, the second panel part can be stowed on or in the stowage unit under the first panel part on the storage shelf itself. As a result, this part of the board that is not required remains on the shelf and does not have to be stowed away elsewhere. In particular, this also enables space-saving stowage.
According to the invention, the rear frame part has an integrated receiving groove for the stowage unit and the side frame part has an integrated receiving groove for the stowage unit. This creates a configuration with which the second plate part is accommodated at two different edges or side edges in the non-use position or in the non-use state. A safe stowage position is thereby achieved. Nevertheless, the stowage unit is very compact and is only designed on the frame side.
According to the invention, the rear frame part has a separating web oriented in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the rear frame part. The separating web separates an upper groove receptacle of the rear frame part from a receptacle groove of a stowage unit of the storage shelf formed below in the height direction. This receiving groove, which is separated for receiving the groove, is formed in the rear frame part. The stability of the rear frame part is increased by the separating web, despite the configuration with two grooves. In addition, this separating web also acts as a limit for the two grooves. As a result, the separating web is multifunctional and integrated into the rear frame part or formed in one piece with it.
An upper wall of the separating web preferably forms a lower boundary wall of the groove receptacle in the depth direction of the storage shelf. As a result, this slot receptacle is stably limited at the bottom and has a high load-bearing capacity. In particular, viewed in the depth direction, the lower boundary wall is larger than an upper boundary wall of the groove receptacle. This allows a plate part to be easily inserted into the groove receptacle. Due to the longer lower boundary wall, the plate part can first be placed on top of it and then pushed backwards into the slot receptacle. Even in the inserted end state, the plate part then rests over a large area on the lower boundary wall. In particular, in addition to or instead of this, a lower wall of the separating web can form an upper delimiting wall of the receiving groove. Viewed in the depth direction, this lower wall of the separating web is larger than a lower boundary wall of the receiving groove formed underneath. As a result, the second plate part is more covered and protected by this lower wall in the non-use position.
The lower wall of the separating web preferably has a straight rear section and a second, front section which rises obliquely upwards and forwards. Viewed in the direction of depth, the two sections directly adjoin one another. With this configuration, the frontally open entry opening of the receiving groove of the stowage unit is widened in the vertical direction. This simplifies insertion and removal of the second panel part.
The upper wall of the separating web preferably has a channel-like surface offset running in the width direction of the storage shelf, at least in the section in which the removable second panel part can be attached. The surface offset is designed in particular as a step, to which a ramp that slopes downwards and backwards opens from the front.
The separating web is preferably designed as a hollow profile. As a result, it is designed to be lighter. Furthermore, the cavity can be used to accommodate other elements. In particular, at least one screw dome is formed in the cavity, at least for screwing to another component. In particular, provision can be made for the rear frame part to be screwed to the side frame parts as a result. The at least one screw boss is preferably formed in one piece with the separating web. It is thus designed to be integrated into the separating web.
Preferably, a front end portion of an upper boundary wall of the groove mount has an inclined inner wall so that the vertical clearance of the groove mount is increased. This makes it easier to insert and remove a plate part. In particular, this is designed only for that side frame part on which the second plate part is arranged in its position of use.
Viewed over the entire width of the second plate part measured in the width direction, the groove receptacle preferably has a depth measured in the depth direction that is greater than a distance measured in the depth direction between a pull-out stop or a stop edge and a front edge of an edge protection element. The edge protection element is arranged on a rear edge of the second panel part. The pull-out stop is formed on the side frame part to which the second panel part is attached in the position of use. This advantageous embodiment prevents the second plate part from tipping down when it is pulled forward from the named end position. It therefore hits the pull-out stop with the front edge before the edge protection element and/or the rear edge of the second panel part can be pulled out completely from the groove receptacle.
The storage shelf preferably has a securing part which is arranged on a front edge of the second panel part, in particular is arranged in a stationary manner. This means in particular that the securing part cannot be displaced relative to the second plate part, neither in the depth direction nor in the width direction. As a result, it is positionally stable and permanently arranged on it in an accurate position. The securing part protrudes beyond the second plate part in the width direction. When the two plate parts are in the position of use, a section of the securing part encompasses a front edge of the first plate part. The two panel parts are thus kept at the same height on the front side. In particular, that section of the securing part which is intended to encompass the front edge of the first plate part is formed as a hollow channel. The front edge of the first plate part dips into this in the position of use of the second plate part. However, this section does not have any clamping or clamping of the front edge. He is only designed as a shell. Leading the second front edge out of this section is made possible without overcoming a clamping force or clamping force acting in the depth direction. The securing part can also be referred to as an element for maintaining the height of the plate parts in the position of use.
An overlap between the securing part and the front edge, measured in the depth direction, is preferably smaller than the above-mentioned depth of the groove receptacle. This applies in the end position of the second plate part on the support frame and in the position of use. A safety concept is made possible by this advantageous embodiment. Because of the advantageously designed, widened entry opening of the groove receptacle, this lifting can then be carried out easily. In this tilted position, the second panel part can then be completely removed from the groove receptacle and pulled out obliquely upwards and forwards.
