Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif (12) de commande d'un ballon pendant le dévidage d'un fil (14) provenant d'une bobine (16), comprenant :
    - un élément de confinement (15) adapté pour retenir, au moins partiellement à l'aide d'une ouverture traversante (18) de celui-ci, ledit ballon dudit fil (14) ;
    - un support (20) adapté pour supporter ledit élément de confinement (15), et adapté pour être fixé à une structure d'une unité de bobinage ;
    - des moyens de déplacement (22) disposés entre ledit élément de confinement (15) et ledit support (20), lesdits moyens de déplacement (22) étant adaptés pour déplacer ledit élément de confinement (15), pendant le dévidage du fil (14) provenant de la bobine (16), entre une position de repos et une position extraite ; et
    - une unité de commande programmable desdits moyens de déplacement (22) ;
    dans lequel lesdits moyens de déplacement (22) sont adaptés pour déplacer ledit élément de confinement (15) depuis ladite position de repos vers ladite position extraite, sur la base d'au moins un paramètre de fonctionnement réglé sur ladite unité de commande programmable ; caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de déplacement (22) sont adaptés pour déplacer ledit élément de confinement (15) sur la base d'un pourcentage de fil dévidé à partir de ladite bobine (16), réglé par un opérateur sur ladite unité de commande programmable.
  2. Dispositif (12) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ledit paramètre de fonctionnement prédéterminé, au moins au nombre de un, comprend le numéro de grosseur de fil et/ou la vitesse de bobinage et/ou un temps de traitement.
  3. Dispositif (12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de déplacement (22) comprennent un actionneur linéaire.
  4. Dispositif (12) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ledit actionneur linéaire est un actionneur pneumatique ou hydraulique.
  5. Dispositif (12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de déplacement (22) comprennent un actionneur électrique.
  6. Dispositif (12) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de déplacement (22) sont adaptés pour déplacer ledit élément de confinement (15) de manière continue entre ladite position de repos et ladite position extraite.
  7. Dispositif (12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de déplacement (22) n'autorisent que deux positions de traitement dudit élément de confinement (15), la position de repos et la position extraite.
  8. Dispositif (12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre ladite position de repos et ladite position extraite de l'élément de confinement (15) est supérieure à 50 mm.
  9. Dispositif (12) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre ladite position de repos et ladite position extraite de l'élément de confinement (15) est comprise entre 60 mm et 100 mm.
  10. Procédé de commande d'un ballon lors du dévidage d'une bobine dans une unité de bobinage d'un bobinoir, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    - fournir un dispositif (12) de commande d'un ballon lors du dévidage d'un fil (14) provenant d'une bobine (16) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 ;
    - déplacer ledit élément de confinement (15) depuis la position de repos vers la position extraite sur la base d'au moins un paramètre de fonctionnement réglé sur ladite unité de commande programmable ; caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de déplacement (22) sont adaptés pour déplacer ledit élément de confinement (15) sur la base d'un pourcentage de fil dévidé à partir de ladite bobine (16), réglé par un opérateur sur ladite unité de commande programmable.
  11. Procédé de commande d'un ballon selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ledit paramètre de fonctionnement prédéterminé est le numéro de grosseur du fil et/ou la vitesse de bobinage et/ou un temps de traitement.
  12. Procédé de commande d'un ballon selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 11, caractérisé en ce que, à la suite d'une cassure du fil lors de l'opération de dévidage, lesdits moyens de déplacement (22) sont commandés par ladite unité de commande programmable pour ramener l'élément de confinement (15) de la position extraite à la position de repos.
