Claims (11)

  1. Ferrure de verrouillage pour des parties de construction de cadre adjacentes les unes aux autres, comportant
    - une partie intérieure (1, 1') comme première partie de construction, avec une coupe transversale au moins en sections sous forme rectangulaire plate,
    - une partie extérieure (14) comme deuxième partie de construction qui flanque la partie intérieure (1, 1') dans la zone de sa coupe transversale rectangulaire plate, et
    - au moins un élément de verrou rotatif (5) qui présente
    = un corps de verrou rotatif (6) sous forme de disque, étant guidé de manière rotative dans un contour de guidage (7) de la partie intérieure (1, 1') et adjacent à la surface latérale (3) de la partie intérieure (1, 1') flanquant la partie extérieure (14), aussi bien qu'
    = une surface excentrique (8) positionnée sur une section périphérique du corps de verrou rotatif (6) et en retrait, qui dans la position déverrouillée du corps de verrou rotatif (6) est essentiellement alignée avec la surface latérale (3) qui flanque du corps intérieur (1, 1'), et dans la position du corps de verrou rotatif (6) verrouillée par une rotation du corps de verrou rotatif (6) se déplace dans le contour de guidage (7) de la partie intérieure (1, 1') de sorte que le corps de verrou rotatif (6) sollicite de manière verrouillée la partie extérieure (14) avec son flanc (12) adjacent à la surface excentrique (8),

  2. Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans le corps de verrou rotatif (6) un logement, en particulier un six pans creux (11), destiné à l'engrènement d'un outil de transmission de couple est conçu.
  3. Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que l'échancrure (10) pour la barre de retenu (9) s'élargit angulairement vers le corps de verrou rotatif (6) et la barre de retenue (9) dans la position déverrouillée s'étend parallèlement à un premier bord (13a) de l'échancrure (10), ainsi que par la rotation du corps de verrou rotatif (6) la position verrouillée peut être déformée en direction du deuxième bord (13b) de l'échancrure (10).
  4. Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la barre de retenue (9) peut être déformée de manière réversible pour le retour du corps de verrou rotatif (6) dans la position déverrouillée.
  5. Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le contour de découpe pour la réalisation de l'élément de verrou rotatif (5) est formé de la partie intérieure (1, 1') par découpe au laser.
  6. Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie intérieure (1, 1') est conçue comme fer plat ou cornière en métal, préférablement en matériau en acier.
  7. Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie extérieure (14) est une partie profilée qui entoure la surface latérale (3) qui flanque de la partie intérieure (1, 1') avec des rainures de guidage (15) à forme adaptée de sorte que l'élément de verrou rotatif (5) reste accessible préférablement de la part de la face intérieure du profilé pour être actionné.
  8. Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie intérieure (1) est conçue comme fer plat de raccord d'angle avec des branches (4.1, 4.2) positionnées de manière angulaire l'une à l'autre dans un plan, destiné à relier deux parties extérieures (14), dans laquelle dans les branches (4.1, 4.2) respectivement au moins un, préférablement deux éléments de verrou rotatif (5) sont disposés.
  9. Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la partie intérieure (1') est conçue comme cornière de raccord d'angle avec des branches (17.1, 17.2) agencées dans deux plans positionnés de manière angulaire l'un à l'autre, destiné à relier deux parties extérieures, dans laquelle dans les branches (17.1, 17.2) respectivement au moins un, préférablement deux éléments de verrou rotatif (5) sont disposés.
  10. Ferrure de verrouillage selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de verrou rotatif (5) agencés dans les deux branches différentes (4.1, 4.2; 17.1, 17.2) présentent un sens de rotation inverse (DR) destiné au transfert entre la position déverrouillée et la position verrouillée de sorte que les parties extérieures (14) sollicitées par ledit sens de rotation inverse sont poussées l'une envers l'autre par le mouvement de verrouillage.
  11. Ferrure de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le contour de découpe dans la zone de la coupe transversale rectangulaire plate de la partie intérieure (1, 1') est conçu en traversant verticalement le matériau de celle-ci.
