Claims (11)

  1. Capuchon de prélèvement (100), notamment pour un contenant destiné à recevoir une solution nutritive entérale, dans lequel le contenant présente une ouverture de prélèvement qui est fermée de manière étanche aux liquides par un chapeau et présente un applicateur dans la zone de l'ouverture de prélèvement pour la disposition du capuchon de prélèvement (100),
    sachant que le capuchon de prélèvement (100) est agençable avec un bout frontal ouvert (110) au-dessus de l'ouverture de prélèvement du contenant et présente, sur le côté opposé au côté (120) détourné du bout frontal ouvert du capuchon de prélèvement (100), au moins une ouverture de réception (130) pour un mandrin de prélèvement (200) et qu'au moins un corps d'étanchéité (160) est agencé dans la zone du bout frontal ouvert (110) du capuchon de prélèvement (100),
    et sachant qu'au dessous de l'ouverture de réception (130) et dans la zone du bout frontal ouvert (110), est agencée une aide au déchirement (170) qui est déplacée dans la direction du bout frontal ouvert (110) lors de l'introduction du mandrin de prélèvement (200),
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'aide au déchirement (170) est agencée dans un segment situé à l'intérieur par rapport au point central du corps d'étanchéité (160) et s'étend au moins par sections dans la direction du point central du corps d'étanchéité (160), et sachant que le corps d'étanchéité (160) est agencé à proximité immédiate du côté (120) détourné du bout frontal ouvert du capuchon de prélèvement de sorte qu'à l'état monté sur le contenant, le corps d'étanchéité est mettable en contact au moins partiellement avec le côté (120) détourné du bout frontal ouvert du capuchon de prélèvement et avec le chapeau.
  2. Capuchon de prélèvement (100) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    dans la zone du bout frontal ouvert (110) du capuchon de prélèvement (100), un filetage intérieur (155) est agencé.
  3. Capuchon de prélèvement (100) selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que
    l'ouverture de réception (130) pour le mandrin de prélèvement (200) est une aide de guidage et en ce que notamment l'aide de guidage détermine l'orientation du mandrin de prélèvement (200) au moyen d'une forme en coupe transversale comme par exemple, une croix, un ovale, un rectangle, une étoile ou similaire.
  4. Capuchon de prélèvement (100) selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    Le capuchon de prélèvement (100) présente une ouverture de ventilation (140) sur le côté (12) détourné du bout frontal ouvert (110).
  5. Capuchon de prélèvement (100) selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    l'aide au déchirement (170) est constituée en une pièce avec le corps d'étanchéité (160).
  6. Capuchon de prélèvement (100) selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    l'aide au déchirement (170) est agencée de manière pivotante sur le corps d'étanchéité (160).
  7. Capuchon de prélèvement (100) selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'aide au déchirement (170) est constituée avec des arêtes vives sur le contour extérieur et, notamment dans la direction du point central du corps d'étanchéité (160), présente au moins une pointe.
  8. Capuchon de prélèvement (100) selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    l'aide au déchirement (170) est fabriquée en au moins une matière qui est sélectionnée à partir d'un groupe qui comporte du duroplastique et du thermoplastique et notamment du polysulfure de phénylène, du polypropylène, du poly-1-butylène, du chlorure de polyvinyle, du chlorure de polyvinylidène, du polyméthacrylate de méthyle, du polyacrylonitrile, du polystyrène, du polyacétal, de l'alcool polyvinylique, du polyacétate de vinyle, des ionomères, du plastique fluoré, du polyéthylène, du polyamide, notamment un polyamide aromatique partiel, du polycarbonate, du polyester, du polyphénylène-oxyde, du polysulfone, de l'acétal polyvinylique, du polyuréthane, et du polyéther chloré, du nitrate de cellulose, de l'acétate de cellulose, de l'éther de cellulose, de la résine phénolique, de la résine d'urée, de la résine thio-urée, de la résine de mélamine, de la résine d'alcoyle, de la résine allylique, de la silicone, du polyimide, du polybenzimidazole, de la résine époxy, du plastique à la caséine, du polyuréthane réticulé, de la résine de polyester non saturée, des combinaisons de ceux-ci et des produits similaires.
  9. Élément d'étanchéité (300) destiné à un capuchon de prélèvement (100) selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément d'étanchéité (300) présente un corps d'étanchéité (160) de forme circulaire creuse et au moins une aide au déchirement (170) qui est agencée dans un segment situé à l'intérieur par rapport au point central du corps d'étanchéité (160) et qui s'étend au moins par sections dans la direction du point central du corps d'étanchéité (160).
  10. Élément d'étanchéité (300) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que
    l'aide au déchirement (170) est agencée de manière pivotante sur le corps d'étanchéité (160).
  11. Élément d'étanchéité (300) selon les revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que
    l'aide au déchirement (170) est constituée avec des arêtes vives sur le contour extérieur et, notamment dans la direction du point central du corps d'étanchéité (160), présente au moins une pointe.
