Device (D) according to claim 1 wherein the cladding elements (400) are pre-formed on the longitudinal edges (410, 420) thereof so as to have at least one rebate allowing the sliding of the edge of a cladding element (400) in the edge of the adjacent cladding element (400), CHARACTERIZED BY THE FACT THAT the preforming of the longitudinal edges (410) of the cladding elements (400) consists in providing a U-shaped groove which central bar is drilled, parallel to the surface to which the cladding elements (400) are fixed, at the level of the end of the cladding element (400), to make exist one of said holes (430,430') through which said spikes (120, 130) of the connecting assembly (100) pass.
  3. Device (D) according to claim 2, wherein the cladding elements (400) are pre-formed on their longitudinal edges (410, 420) so as to have at least one rebate allowing the sliding of the edge of a cladding element (400) in the edge of the adjacent cladding element (400), CHARACTERIZED BY THE FACT THAT the preformation of the longitudinal edges (420) of the cladding elements (400) consists in providing a tongue which cooperates with said U-shaped groove, said tongue being drilled, perpendicular to the facade to which the cladding elements (400) are fixed, at the level of the end of the cladding element, to make exist one of said holes (440, 440') through which said spikes (120, 130) of the connecting assembly (100) pass.
  4. Device (D) according to claim 3, CHARACTERIZED BY THE FACT THAT the ends of the spikes (120, 130) projecting from the slats (110) open onto the rear face of the cladding elements (400) and cooperate with a skirt (300) matching the rear face of the two abutted ends of the cladding elements (400), said skirt (300) being pre-formed with orifices (310, 320) enabling it to come into position on said spikes (120, 130).
  5. Device (D) according to claim 1, CHARACTERIZED BY THE FACT THAT the ends of said spikes (120, 130) are pre-formed with flats (121, 131) parallel to the facade when the connecting assemblies are engaged in the holes (430, 430') drilled in the cladding elements (400) parallel to the surface to which the cladding elements (400) are attached.
  6. Device (D) according to claim 1, CHARACTERIZED IN THAT the body of said spikes (120, 130) comprises a cylindrical portion being pre-formed with radial grooves (122, 132) on their facing faces.
  7. Device (D) according to claim 3, CHARACTERIZED BY THE FACT THAT the slat (110) cooperates with an elevating extension (200) to create a spacer interposed between the tongues and the bottom of the grooves of the cladding elements (400) by positioning in the U-shaped groove to provide a different spacing between the longitudinal edges of the cladding elements (400).
  8. Device (D) according to claim 1 and 4, CHARACTERIZED BY THE FACT THAT the cladding elements (400), the connecting assemblies (100) and the skirts (300) are made of the same synthetic material.
  9. Device (D) according to claim 1 and 4, CHARACTERIZED IN THAT the cladding elements (400), the connecting assemblies (100) and the skirts (300) are made of polyamide PA6.
  10. Device (D) according to claim 4. CHARACTERIZED BY THE FACT THAT said skirt (300) comprises positioning fins (330 and 340) on the rear face contacting the ends of said spikes (120, 130) for finalize the fastening of both the skirts (300) and the connecting assemblies (100) by tending to bring the spikes (120 and 130) closer together.
  11. Device (D) according to claim 1, CHARACTERIZED IN THAT said spikes (120', 130') are formed of a cylindrical body whose distal end is pre-formed with an outer flange (121' and 131').) forming a stop, said distal end being split to allow its elastic deformation.
