Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Babytragetuch nach Anspruch 1, ein Puk-Tuch nach Anspruch 3 und eine Bettdecke nach Anspruch 5.
- In der Technik sind sogenannte Babytragetücher bekannt. Diese bestehen aus einem zumeist rechteckigen Stück Stoff (also einem flächigen, flexiblen Textilelement) mit einer Abmessung von zumeist circa 450 mal 50 cm. Das entsprechende Textilelement ist in der Regel relativ dicht aus Baumwolle gewoben, da es natürlich eine gewisse Reißfestigkeit aufweisen muss.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt sich die Aufgabe ein Babytragetuch zur Verfügung zu stellen, welches verbesserte Eigenschaften aufweist.
- Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Babytragetuch, weiches ein flächiges, flexibles Textilelement aufweist, mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Ein solches Textileiement kann auch als Puk-Tuch gemäß Anspruch 3 oder als Bettedecke gemäß Anspruch 5 dienen.
- Erfindungsgemäß weist das Textilelement eine Netzstruktur auf. Hierdurch ergeben sich gegenüber dem Stand der Technik zahlreiche Vorteile. Die wichtigsten hiervon sind: Durch die Netzstruktur ergibt sich zum einen schon strukturbedingt eine gewisse Elastizität, welche den Tragekomfort sowohl für das Kind als auch für den Träger bzw. die Trägerin deutlich erhöhen kann. Weiterhin erlaubt die offene Netzstruktur eine Belüftung der darunterliegenden Körperteile (auch hier sowohl des Kindes als auch des Trägers / der Trägerin) was ebenfalls zu einem deutlich verbesserten Tragekomfort führt.
- Ein solches flächiges, flexibles Textilelement kann in den unterschiedlichsten technischen Verfahren, wie Weben, Stricken, Häkeln oder auch Wirken hergestellt werden, wobei Weben in der Regel das bevorzugte Verfahren ist, so dass das Textilelement dann ein Gewebe ist. Da das flächige, flexible Textilelement eine Netzstruktur aufweist, könnte es grundsätzlich auch geknüpft sein, was in der Regel jedoch nicht bevorzugt ist.
- Die Maschenweite der Netzstruktur, welche hier als die maximale Länge einer Masche definiert ist, beträgt zwischen 2 und 5 mm. Diese Maschenweite ist so gewählt, dass einerseits eine ausreichende Belüftung gegeben ist und dass andererseits verhindert wird, dass selbst die kleinen Finger eines Säuglings durch das textile Gewebe durchdringen oder in diesem hängen bleiben können, was natürlich potenziell gefährlich wäre.
- Wie dies bereits erwähnt wurde, ist ein zentraler Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Textilelements seine durch die Struktur bedingte Atmungsaktivität, welche insbesondere einem übermäßigen Schwitzen entgegenwirkt. Um diesen Effekt noch weiter zu unterstützen ist es bevorzugt, dass das textile Element zu wenigstens 50 Prozent, insbesondere zu wenigstens 90 Prozent, aus Bambusfasern und / oder Kokosfasern oder aus hieraus hergestellten Fasern besteht.
- Insbesondere Bambusfasern haben bekanntermaßen einen antibakteriellen Effekt, so dass einer Geruchsbildung zusätzlich entgegengewirkt wird. Auch wird hierdurch die Gesamthygiene verbessert. Die Bambus- oder Kokosfasern können jeweils unmittelbar zu Garn-Fäden, aus denen wiederum das Textilelement hergestellt wird, gesponnen sein, oder sie können auch als Basis für daraus im Viskoseverfahren hergestellte Fasern, aus denen dann Garn-Fäden gesponnen werden, dienen. Ein weiterer Vorteil, welcher durch die Verwendung von Bambusfasern eintritt, ist die hohe Reißfestigkeit des hergestellten Textilelements.
- Um die elastischen, insbesondere bi-elastischen Eigenschaften des Textilelementes weiter zu verbessern, kann es bevorzugt sein, dass das Textilelement teilweise aus Elastan besteht, wobei ein Anteil (in Massenprozent) zwischen 1 und 3 Prozent bevorzugt ist.
- Hierbei ist es weiter bevorzugt, dass außer Naturfasern oder aus Naturfasern hergestellten Fasern und Elastan kein weiteres Material verwendet wird.
- Wird ein Materialmix aus Naturfasern oder aus Naturfasern hergestellten Fasern und Elastan verwendet, so ist es zur Erreichung guter elastischer Eigenschaften bevorzugt, Garn-Fäden zu verwenden, welche beide Arten von Fasern enthalten.
- Es ist auch möglich, sowohl Naturfasern als auch aus Naturfasern hergestellte Fasern in einem Mix zu verwenden. Um die hautfreundliche Eigenschaften zu erhalten, sollte der Anteil der Naturfasern oder der Anteil der aus Naturfasern hergestellten Fasern oder des eben genannten Mixes wenigstens 90 Gewichtsprozent des Gewebes betragen.
- Ein erfindungsgemäßes Textilelement kann einlagig oder mehrlagig ausgebildet sein.
- Die Erfindung wird nun anhand eines konkreten Ausführungsbeispiels mit Bezug auf die Figuren näher erläutert. Hierbei zeigen: .

Figur 1 in einer ebenfalls schematisierten Darstellung. - Die Erfindung wird nun anhand eines Babytragetuches 10 beschrieben, wobei die mit Bezug auf dieses Ausführungsbeispiel konkret beschriebene Struktur auch bei anderen erfindungsgemäßen Textilelementen vorhanden sein kann.
- Ein solches Babytragetuch 10 ist ein flächiges, flexibles (also biegbares), in der Regel biegeschlaffes Textilelement und hat typischerweise eine Länge I von 450 cm und typischerweise eine Breite b von 50 cm, wobei auch andere Maße sinnvoll sein können. Das Textilelement kann insbesondere durch Weben, aber auch durch andere Verfahren wie Stricken, Häkeln oder auch Wirken hergestellt sein. Wie man der
Figur 2 , also dem Detail D ausFigur 2 , entnimmt, hat das Textilelement eine Netzstruktur. Dies bedeutet, dass man es geometrisch gesehen als aus zueinander parallelen ersten Strängen 12 und aus zueinander parallelen zweiten Strängen 14 aufgebaut beschreiben kann, wobei die ersten Stränge 12 und die zweiten Stränge 14 nicht parallel zueinander sind. Grundsätzlich können die Richtungen der beiden Stränge senkrecht aufeinander stehen, dies ist im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel jedoch nicht der Fall. Erste Stränge 12 und zweite Stränge 14 treffen sich in Kreuzungspunkten K, so dass jeweils vier Kreuzungspunkte K eine Masche M definieren. Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Maschen Romben, deren Länge L ihre Breite B übersteigt. Vorzugsweise beträgt die Länge einer Masche (also ihre maximale Ausdehnung) zwischen 2 und 5 Millimeter. Hierdurch wird sichergestellt, dass der Finger eines Säuglings nicht in das Gewebe eindringen oder dieses sogar durchdringen kann, und dennoch eine ausreichende Belüftung gegeben ist. - Wie jedes andere Gewebe auch (dies gilt auch für die anderen möglichen Herstellungsarten) ist das Textilelement aus Garn-Fäden gewoben, wobei jedes Garn aus einer Vielzahl von Fasern gesponnen ist. Hierbei beträgt der Anteil von Fasern, welche Naturfasern sind oder aus Naturfasern hergestellt wurden, mindestens 90 Prozent. Der Rest der Fasern kann Elastan sein. Hierbei ist es zu bevorzugen, dass jeder verwendete Garn-Faden eine Mischung aus den oben genannten Naturfasern oder aus Naturfasern hergestellten Fasern und Elastan ist, wodurch sich eine Bi-Elastizität des gesamten Textilelementes ergibt.
- In einem bevorzugten Beispiel besteht das Textilelement zu 95 bis 99 Masseprozent aus aus Bambusfasern hergestellten Viskosefasern und zu 1 bis 5 Masseprozent aus Elastan.
Claims (12)
- Babytragetuch, welches aus einem flächigen, flexiblen Textilelement besteht, welches zu wenigstens 90 % aus Naturfasern und/oder aus aus Naturfasern hergestellten Fasern besteht,
wobei das Textilelement eine Netzstruktur aufweist, wobei die Maschen (M) der Netzstruktur eine maximale Länge (L) zwischen 2 und 5 mm aufweisen. - Babytragetuch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Breite (b) zwischen 30 und 70 cm und eine Länge (I) zwischen 350 und 650 cm aufweist.
- Puk-Tuch, welches aus einem flächigen, flexiblen Textilelement besteht, welches zu wenigstens 90 % aus Naturfasern und/oder aus aus Naturfasern hergestellten Fasern besteht,
wobei das Textilelement eine Netzstruktur aufweist, wobei die Maschen (M) der Netzstruktur eine maximale Länge zwischen 2 und 5 mm aufweisen. - Puk-Tuch nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Breite (b) zwischen 70 und 150 cm und eine Länge (I) zwischen 70 und 150 cm aufweist.
- Bettdecke, welches aus einem flächigen, flexiblen Textilelement besteht, welches zu wenigstens 90 % aus Naturfasern und/oder aus aus Naturfasern hergestellten Fasern besteht,
wobei das Textilelement eine Netzstruktur aufweist, wobei die Maschen (M) der Netzstruktur eine maximale Länge zwischen 2 und 5 mm aufweisen. - Babytragetuch, beziehungsweise Puk-Tuch, beziehungsweise Bettdecke nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Textilelement ein Gewebe ist.
- Babytragetuch, beziehungsweise Puk-Tuch, beziehungsweise Bettdecke nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Textilelement zu wenigstens 90 % aus Bambusfasern und/oder Kokosfasern oder aus daraus hergestellten Fasern besteht.
- Babytragetuch, beziehungsweise Puk-Tuch, beziehungsweise Bettdecke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Textilelement zu wenigstens 90 % aus Bambusfasern oder daraus hergestellten Fasern besteht.
- Babytragetuch, beziehungsweise Puk-Tuch, beziehungsweise Bettdecke nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Textilelement zu wenigstens 1 % aus Elastan besteht.
- Babytragetuch, beziehungsweise Puk-Tuch, beziehungsweise Bettdecke nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Textilelement bielastisch ist.
- Babytragetuch, beziehungsweise Puk-Tuch, beziehungsweise Bettdecke nach Anspruch 9 oder Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Textilelement ausschließlich aus Naturfasern oder aus aus Naturfasern hergestellten Fasern und Elastan besteht.
