Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zum Crimpen (100) eines Crimpzubehörs (200) auf mindestens einen Träger (990) aus Leder, wobei das Crimpverfahren (100) durch eine Steuereinheit (410) umgesetzt wird und die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Auswählen (110) eines Crimpzubehörs (200) und eines Crimpwerkzeugs (300), das dazu konfiguriert ist, das Crimpzubehör (200) auf mindestens einen Träger (990) zu crimpen;
    - Festlegen (120) eines Satzes Crimpparameter (190) in Abhängigkeit von dem ausgewählten Crimpzubehör (200) und/oder dem ausgewählten Crimpwerkzeug (300), wobei der Satz Crimpparameter (190) einen Crimphubparameter und einen Crimpdruckparameter (193) umfasst, wobei der Crimpdruckparameter (193) durch einen offenen Regelkreis gesteuert wird;
    - Anwenden (130) eines Crimpbefehls, der in Abhängigkeit von dem festgelegten Satz Crimpparameter (190) bestimmt wird, auf das ausgewählte Crimpzubehör (200) und auf das ausgewählte Crimpwerkzeug (300), um das Crimpzubehör (200) auf den mindestens einen Träger (990) zu crimpen; und
    - Halten des angewendeten Satzes Crimpparameter (190) während eines Haltezeitraums (191),
    wobei das Crimpverfahren (100) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Halten des Satzes Crimpparameter (190) ausgelöst wird, wenn der Crimphub auf ein bewegliches Anschlagorgan (493) trifft.
  2. Crimpverfahren (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Anwenden (130) des Satzes Crimpparameter (190) auf das Crimpwerkzeug (300) in Abhängigkeit von der Zeit (192) erfolgt.
  3. Crimpverfahren (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Crimphubparameter (194) durch die Bewegung des beweglichen Anschlagorgans (493) gesteuert wird.
  4. Crimpverfahren (100) nach Anspruch 1 , wobei der Schritt des Auswählens (110) einen Schritt des Identifizierens (115) des ausgewählten Crimpzubehörs (200) und/oder des ausgewählten Crimpwerkzeugs (300) umfasst.
  5. Crimpverfahren (100) nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Identifizieren (115) des Crimpzubehörs (200) und/oder des Crimpwerkzeugs (300) durch optische Identifikation (116), elektrische Identifikation (117), Funkidentifikation (118) und/oder magnetische Identifikation (119) ausgeführt wird.
  6. Crimpverfahren (100) nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Identifizieren (115) des ausgewählten Crimpwerkzeugs (300) durch Identifizieren eines Identifikationsorgans (315) ausgeführt wird.
  7. Crimpverfahren (100) nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Identifizieren (115) des ausgewählten Crimpzubehörs (200) durch Identifizieren eines Identifikationselements (215) ausgeführt wird.
  8. Vorrichtung zum Crimpen (400) eines Crimpzubehörs (200) auf mindestens einen Träger (990) aus Leder, wobei die Crimpvorrichtung (400) umfasst:
    - eine Steuereinheit (410); wobei die Steuereinheit (410) dazu konfiguriert ist, das Crimpverfahren (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 umzusetzen;
    - ein Auswahlorgan (420), das dazu konfiguriert ist, das Crimpzubehör (200) und das Crimpwerkzeug (300), das dazu konfiguriert ist, das Crimpzubehör (200) gemäß dem Satz Crimpparameter (190) auf den mindestens einen Träger (990) zu crimpen, in Abhängigkeit von dem ausgewählten Crimpzubehör (200) und/oder dem ausgewählten Crimpwerkzeug (300) auszuwählen;
    wobei die Crimpvorrichtung (400) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie weiter ein bewegliches Anschlagorgan (493) umfasst, das dazu konfiguriert ist, den Crimphub des ausgewählten Crimpwerkzeugs (300) und/oder des ausgewählten Crimpzubehörs (200) auf dem mindestens einen Träger (990) zu steuern.
  9. Crimpvorrichtung (400) nach Anspruch 8, wobei das Auswahlorgan (420) ein Verbindungsorgan (421) ist, das dazu konfiguriert ist, das Crimpwerkzeug (300), das dazu geeignet ist, das Crimpzubehör (200) auf den mindestens einen Träger (990) zu crimpen, aufzunehmen.
  10. Crimpvorrichtung (400) nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, wobei das Auswahlorgan (420) eine optische Vorrichtung (416), eine elektrische Vorrichtung (417), eine Funkvorrichtung (418) und/oder eine magnetische Vorrichtung (419) ist, die dazu konfiguriert ist, das ausgewählte Crimpzubehör (200) und/oder das ausgewählte Crimpwerkzeug (300) zu identifizieren.
