Claims (10)
- Lucarne (1) avec un cadre dormant (2) et un cadre ouvrant (3) pouvant être déplacé par rapport au cadre dormant (2), portant un vitrage, dans laquelle le vitrage s'appuie perpendiculairement à un plan de vitrage du vitrage sur un longeron de cadre ouvrant (39) du cadre ouvrant (3), dans laquelle une saillie de positionnement (17) pour un positionnement du cadre ouvrant (3) par rapport au cadre dormant (2) dans la direction latérale lors d'une fermeture de la lucarne (1) par coopération avec un dispositif de positionnement (23) présent sur le cadre ouvrant (3) est réalisée sur le cadre dormant (2), dans laquelle le dispositif de positionnement (23) est fixé à un longeron de cadre ouvrant (39) du cadre ouvrant (3) et un dispositif de sécurisation (53) chevauche au moins partiellement une face latérale du vitrage pour la sécurisation du vitrage, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de positionnement (23) est réalisé de manière intégrée avec le dispositif de sécurisation (53) de sorte que le dispositif de positionnement (23) et le dispositif de sécurisation (53) sont présents sur un composant réalisé d'une pièce et/ou au matériau uniforme de sorte qu'ils peuvent être fixés ensemble sur le longeron de cadre ouvrant (39).
- Lucarne selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le vitrage présente au moins une première vitre (54) dont la face supérieure (61) est chevauchée par une région de support (60) du dispositif de sécurisation (53).
- Lucarne selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de sécurisation (53) présente une région d'appui (56) qui est coudée par rapport à la région de support (60) et disposée pour le soutien d'une face frontale (58) de la vitre (54) de sorte que la région d'appui (56) chevauche au moins partiellement la face latérale du vitrage.
- Lucarne selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le vitrage présente au moins une autre vitre (55) dont la face frontale (59) est disposée de manière décalée, notamment décalée parallèlement, par rapport à la face frontale (58) de la première vitre (54), et peut être soutenue au moyen d'une autre région d'appui (57) du dispositif de sécurisation (53).
- Lucarne selon les revendications 3 et 4, caractérisée en ce que la région d'appui (56) et l'autre région d'appui (57) sont disposées parallèlement à distance l'une de l'autre.
- Lucarne selon les revendications 3 et 4 ou revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la région d'appui (56) et l'autre région d'appui (57) sont présentes sur un corps d'extrusion (64) s'étendant parallèlement au plan de vitrage en partant d'un corps de base (45) du dispositif de sécurisation (53).
- Lucarne selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une tôle de recouvrement est fixée au longeron de cadre ouvrant (39) au moyen d'un dispositif de fixation (47) qui est configuré de manière intégrée avec le dispositif de positionnement (23) et le dispositif de sécurisation (53).
- Lucarne selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de positionnement (23) présente une première entretoise de cadre ouvrant (42) qui présente un axe médian longitudinal s'érigeant perpendiculairement sur un plan de vitrage du vitrage.
- Lucarne selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de positionnement (23) présente une autre entretoise de cadre ouvrant (43) qui présente un axe médian longitudinal s'érigeant perpendiculairement sur le plan de vitrage et présente en direction de son axe médian longitudinal une étendue inférieure à la première entretoise de cadre ouvrant (42).
- Lucarne selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que l'autre entretoise de cadre ouvrant (43) présente une saillie supérieure et/ou une largeur supérieure à la première entretoise de cadre ouvrant (42).
