Claims (8)
- Dispositif de réception pour la fixation de pare-chocs (1) en polymère de véhicules automobiles pendant un processus de façonnage, en particulier un processus de découpage, comprenant- un châssis de base (2) et- un dispositif de fixation (3) pour la fixation du pare-chocs (1) sur le châssis de base (2)caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fixation (3) comporte au moins un groupe de bras de fixation (4, 5, 6) comprenant au moins deux bras de fixation (7, 8, 9, 10) mobiles indépendamment l'un de l'autre pour différents modèles de pare-chocs (1), les bras de fixation (7, 8, 9, 10) possédant des contours d'appui (7', 8', 9', 10') différents, qui, en position de fixation, sont en contact avec le modèle de pare-chocs (1) correspondant, et le contour d'appui (7', 8', 9', 10') des bras de fixation (7, 8, 9, 10) étant respectivement adapté à la forme locale d'un modèle de pare-chocs (1) spécifique,
et en ce que les bras de fixation (7, 8, 9, 10) comportent, dans la zone du contour d'appui (7', 8', 9', 10'), respectivement au moins un élément de fixation à dépression (19), qui est relié à un système de vide, de préférence central. - Dispositif de réception selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fixation (3) comprend plusieurs, de préférence trois, groupes de bras de fixation (4, 5, 6), au moyen desquels les pare-chocs (1) peuvent être fixés sur le châssis de base (2) en plusieurs points espacés les uns des autres.
- Dispositif de réception selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les bras de fixation (7, 8, 9, 10) sont reliés au châssis de base (2) de manière mobile en pivotement.
- Dispositif de réception selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, par un mouvement de pivotement, chaque bras de fixation (7, 8, 9, 10) peut être transféré séparément d'une position de base, de préférence sensiblement verticale, à une position de travail assurant la fixation, de préférence sensiblement horizontale.
- Dispositif de réception selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de pivotement est effectué respectivement par le biais d'un pignon (17) disposé sur le bras de fixation (7, 8, 9, 10), ledit pignon étant relié à un entraînement pneumatique au moyen d'une crémaillère (18).
- Dispositif de réception selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fixation (3) comporte en outre au moins deux unités de fixation latérale (11, 12) dotées respectivement d'au moins deux éléments de fixation latérale (13, 14, 15, 16), qui servent à fixer les surfaces latérales (50) du pare-chocs (1) de manière adaptée au modèle.
- Dispositif de réception selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les bras de fixation (7, 8, 9, 10) sont disposés sur le châssis de base (2) de manière démontable, de telle sorte qu'ils peuvent être remplacés en vue d'adapter le dispositif de réception à différents modèles de pare-chocs (1).
- Machine, en particulier machine à découper, comprenant au moins un dispositif de réception selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8.
