relâcher les moyens de poussée de sommier. - Mécanisme de réglage permettant de mettre des matelas ou des fauteuils convertibles dans une position d'utilisation, au moyen du procédé selon la revendication 1, avec un lit (1) pourvu d'un sommier supporté par des pieds télescopiques (3) réglables de façon connue à des hauteurs différentes d'un plancher (4), le mécanisme étant composé de guides déployables ou de vérins télescopiques ou d'entraînements (6 et 7) dans lesquelles passent des barres (8 et 9) qui convergent dans un axe d'articulation (10), les barres (8 et 9) comportant des articulations (11 et 12) à leurs extrémités libres, un matelas (13) étant posé sur le sommier (13) et comportant des pivots (14) faisant saillie de sa ligne médiane, et pouvant s'accoupler avec les axes d'articulations (10) des barres (8 et 9), caractérisé en ce que le parallélogramme comporte des joints (22 et 10) reliés entre eux par une fente de guidage (41), un joint (22) pouvant se déplacer dans la fente de guidage (41), les barres (8 et 9) étant articulées par l'axe d'articulation (10) avec l'interposition d'une douille (44), l'axe (10) s'étendant sur un côté dans une poulie munie d'un ressort de rappel (43) sur lequel est enroulé un câble (42) qui est fixé à l'articulation (22) par son extrémité libre, le câble (42) étant tendu à une hauteur déterminée du matelas, c'est-à-dire à un angle déterminé entre les deux barres (8 et 9) et suite à une réduction ultérieure de l'angle, le câble entraînant la rotation de la poulie (43) de manière à faire tourner le matelas.

- Mécanisme selon les revendications 6 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les barres (23 et 24) sont liés aux barres (8 et 9) à des distances égales de l'axe d'articulation (10), formant ainsi les tiges (8 et 9) d'un parallélogramme.
- Mécanisme selon les revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les barres (8 et 9) ont des bras (16 et 17) fixés sensiblement à leurs extrémités, dans leur position rétractée dans les guides (6 et 7 respectivement), lesdits bras portant des rouleaux, des roues ou des cylindres (18) destinés à venir en contact avec des plaques (119) faisant saillie de poches (19) formées sur le côté haut ou bas du sommier (2).
- Mécanisme selon les revendications 6 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les barres (23 et 24) s'étendent au-delà de leurs joints (25 et 26) et leurs extrémités portent des rouleaux ou des roues ou des cylindres 28 qui viennent en contact avec des plaques (119) faisant saillie de poches (19) formées sur le côté haut ou bas du sommier (2).
- Mécanisme selon les revendications 6 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'axe d'articulation (10) est déplacée par les leviers (31 et 32) articulés à la base (33) et engagés à travers une fente (131) avec une goupille (132) qui fait saillie respectivement des barres (8 et 9).
- Mécanisme selon les revendications 6 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le matelas est un matelas (34) avec une table de massage (35).
- Mécanisme selon les revendications 6 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la table de massage est composée d'un élément tête (38), un élément lombaire (39) et un élément inférieur (40), qui sont reliés l'un à l'autre et sont aptes à être actionnés par un mécanisme de levage ou des actionneurs (138 et 140).
- Mécanisme selon les revendications 6 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le cadre du lit pour le matelas (182) est composée de deux chaînes-éléments de cadre longitudinaux parallèles (50) reliés à leurs extrémités par des éléments fixes, les mailles des chaînes-éléments de cadre pouvant pivoter autour de articulations (51), chaque maille de chaîne-élément de cadre comportant des goujons (52) qui s'engagent dans des fentes (53) de plaques (54) qui sont reliés par des articulations pivotantes (55), les plaques (54) étant aptes à être déplacées par rapport aux mailles des chaînes-éléments de cadre et leurs articulations pivotantes (55) peuvent être amenés jusqu'aux articulations (51) des mailles de chaînes-éléments de cadre, le mouvement des plaques (54) permettant aux articulations (51) et aux articulations de pivotement (55) de raidir la chaîne-l'élément de cadre (50) en raison de la non-coïncidence des plaques (54).
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que les plaques (54) sont déplacés au moyen de bielles (56), qui sont excentriquement reliés à un disque ou à une bague filetée (57) et aux plaques (54), la rotation du disque (57) au moyen d'une vis (58) permettant à la chaîne-l'élément de cadre de passer d'une position rigide à une position mobile.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement des plaques (54) peut être obtenu par un ou plusieurs câbles Bowden.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement d'une chaîne-un élément de cadre à une chaîne-un élément de cadre parallèle est obtenu à l'aide de deux leviers, chacun coulissant dans une fente respective d'une bielle à une extrémité, et articulé à l'autre levier à l'autre extrémité respective.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement est obtenu à l'aide d'au moins un câble (59) suspendu du plafond d'une chambre, et conçu pour être enroulé autour d'un goujon (60) d'un matelas (61), le matelas est soulevé au-dessus du cadre de lit (62), le câble (59) étant déroulé de tambours (62) pour s'enrouler autour d'une poulie (64), fixée au goujon (60) du matelas (61), la rotation du goujon (60) étant permise par la fixation du câble (59) à la poulie (64) par un élément d'arrêt (65).
- Mécanisme selon l'une des revendications 6 à 19, caractérisé en ce que l'actionneur est constitué d'un pantographe (74).
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que la poulie (93) avec l'élément d'arrêt et le ressort de rappel (94) avec le câble (95) possède une roue libre ou unidirectionnelle.
- Mécanisme selon les revendications 6 à 21, caractérisé en ce que le matelas est un matelas (13, 34, 61, 71) ou un matelas (34) avec une table de massage (35).
- Mécanisme selon les revendications 6 à 22, caractérisé en ce que le pantographe (74) comporte une poutre sus-jacente (89) qui a respectivement des ailettes pliables respectivement transversalement opposées (91, 92) pour intercepter le cadre de lit (70) qui est déplacé vers une position soulevée pour faire le lit, ou est incliné dans une direction, si seulement l'une des deux ailettes respectivement transversalement opposées (91, 92) est pliée.
- Mécanisme selon les revendications 6 à 23, caractérisé en ce que la poutre (89) qui porte une poulie (93), un ressort (94), un fil, un câble ou une chaîne, coopère avec le pivot (72), de façon à soulever le matelas (71), au moyen du pantographe (74), le fil, câble ou chaîne (95) relié à son extrémité libre à un raccord (96), sous tension faisant tourner le matelas (71) à 180°.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le câble (42, 95) est fixé à n'importe lequel point fixe par rapport à la poulie (93).
- Mécanisme selon les revendications 6 à 25, caractérisé en ce que deux ou plusieurs mécanismes de ce type sont mis en oeuvre respectivement pour chaque lit ou matelas.
- Mécanisme selon les revendications 6 à 25, caractérisé en ce que le câble (42, 95) est fixé par son extrémité libre à n'importe lequel point, comme le sous-cadre ou le sous-sommier.
