Claims (7)

  1. Élément de sécurité personnalisable présentant un substrat de support et une couche optiquement variable, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de sécurité présente la succession de couches suivante :
    a) un substrat de support constitué d'une feuille plastique flexible, qui présente un revêtement métallique noir inscriptible au laser ou un revêtement en un colorant thermoactivable ou en papier, qui présente un revêtement direct thermique
    b) le cas échéant une couche adhésive contrecollée
    c) une couche en un matériau à cristaux liquides ou en un vernis avec effet de changement de couleur.
  2. Élément de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement métallique inscriptible au laser est constitué d'oxydes métalliques non stoechiométriques ou de mélanges de métaux et d'oxydes métalliques.
  3. Élément de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la couche en un matériau à cristaux liquides est constituée d'une encre, qui contient des pigments en matériau à cristaux liquides, comme des pigments en cristaux liquides cholestériques ou un mélange de cristaux liquides nématiques et cholestériques.
  4. Élément de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la couche en matériau à cristaux liquides est une couche de polymère.
  5. Élément de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le vernis avec effet de changement de couleur se compose d'une encre, qui contient des pigments d'interférence.
  6. Procédé de fabrication d'une étiquette de sécurité personnalisable, caractérisé par les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    a) mise à disposition d'un premier substrat de support en une feuille plastique flexible, qui présente sur une surface un revêtement métallique noir inscriptible au laser ou en une feuille plastique flexible ou en un papier, qui présente un revêtement en un colorant thermoactivable
    b) mise à disposition d'un deuxième substrat de support en une feuille plastique flexible
    c) application d'une couche en matériau à cristaux liquides sur le deuxième substrat de support
    d) le cas échéant application d'une couche adhésive contrecollée sur la couche en matériau à cristaux liquides
    e) contrecollage de la structure en couches du premier substrat de support contre la couche présente sur le deuxième substrat de support,
    f) retrait du deuxième substrat de support
    g) impression de l'élément de sécurité avec un procédé direct thermique, ce par quoi l'effet de changement de couleur de la couche en matériau à cristaux liquides devient visible dans la zone de l'impression,
    ou
    b1) application d'une couche de vernis avec effet de changement de couleur sur le deuxième substrat de support
    c1) le cas échéant application d'une couche adhésive contrecollée sur la couche de vernis avec effet de changement de couleur
    d1) contrecollage de la structure en couches du premier substrat de support contre la couche présente sur le deuxième substrat de support,
    e1) retrait du deuxième substrat de support
    f1) inscription sur l'élément de sécurité avec un faisceau laser, ce par quoi l'effet de changement de couleur de la couche de vernis avec effet de changement de couleur est détruit dans la zone de l'impression.
  7. Utilisation des éléments de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 en tant qu'éléments de sécurité ou étiquette de sécurité dans ou sur des supports de données, produits ou emballages.
