Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de commande d'allumage de flamme comprenant des moyens de réglage de la flamme pouvant être connectés à une source d'alimentation de gaz à travers au moins une valve (2), lesquels moyens de réglage comprennent un élément d'entraînement composé d'un arbre d'entraînement (1) monté de façon à tourner autour de son propre axe longitudinal et monté de façon à translater dans la direction de son propre axe longitudinal, afin de se déplacer entre deux positions terminales, de façon à passer respectivement d'une condition d'extraction maximale à une condition d'insertion maximale,
    une unité de commande (3) destinée à générer une étincelle étant fournie, laquelle unité de commande (3) comprend deux éléments conducteurs (31, 32) pouvant être connectés à une source d'alimentation électrique et à un interrupteur (4), lequel interrupteur (4) a une condition de fermeture, où les deux éléments conducteurs (31, 32) sont connectés l'un par rapport à l'autre, et une condition d'ouverture, où les deux éléments conducteurs (31, 32) ne sont pas connecté l'un par rapport à l'autre,
    ledit interrupteur (4) passant d'une condition de fermeture à une condition d'ouverture à travers le mouvement d'un élément de commutation commutant la condition du interrupteur (4), lequel élément de commutation est déplacé par la translation dudit arbre d'entraînement (1), de façon telle que la condition de fermeture dudit interrupteur (4) corresponde à la condition d'insertion maximale dudit arbre d'entraînement (1),
    ledit élément de commutation étant prévu coaxial audit arbre d'entraînement (1),
    caractérisée en ce que
    ledit élément de commutation est composé d'un corps de support (5) placé sous ledit arbre d'entraînement (1), interposé entre ledit arbre d'entraînement (1) et un corps de ladite valve (2), lequel corps de support (5) loge ladite unité de commande (3) et au moins un broche d'entraînement (51) à l'intérieur du même, laquelle broche d'entraînement (51) se déplace d'une condition rétractée dans le corps de support (5), où la broche d'entraînement (51) bute contre les parois dudit corps de la valve (2), à une condition retirée dudit corps de support (5), la condition rentrée de ladite broche d'entraînement (51) correspondant à la condition d'insertion maximale dudit arbre d'entraînement (1),
    des moyens pour fixer ledit corps de support (5) audit arbre d'entraînement (1) étant prévus, de telle sorte que ledit corps de support (5) fasse partie intégrante dudit arbre d'entraînement (1) pendant le mouvement de translation.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la broche d'entraînement (51) est maintenue fermement dans la condition retirée à travers au moins un élément élastique (52), de sorte que le passage de la condition retirée à la condition rétractée de ladite broche d'entraînement (51) déplace un levier d'entraînement (53), lequel levier d'entraînement (53) agit sur ledit interrupteur (4) pour le déplacer de la condition d'ouverture à la condition de fermeture.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens de verrouillage (58) sont prévus pour ledit corps de support (5), lesquels moyens de verrouillage (58) fixent ledit corps de support (5) au corps de ladite valve (2), de façon à permettre audit corps de support (5) de translater intégralement avec ledit arbre d'entraînement (1) dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal dudit arbre d'entraînement (1), empêchant ledit corps de support (5) de tourner.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le corps de support (5) comprend un boîtier extérieur de forme sensiblement parallélépipédique, lequel boîtier extérieur est ouvert au moins en correspondance du côté inférieur, ledit boîtier extérieur fournissant une région logeant ladite unité de commande (3), ledit boîtier extérieur ayant au moins une paroi supérieure (55), au moins une dent de fixation (56) s'étendant de telle paroi supérieure (54) pour fixer ledit boîtier extérieur audit arbre d'entraînement (1).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, dans lequel l'arbre d'entraînement (1) a, en correspondance de son extrémité inférieure, un rétrécissement annulaire, ladite au moins une dent de fixation (56) étant fixée audit rétrécissement annulaire.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ledit boîtier extérieur présente une partie inférieure ayant une forme complémentaire à ledit corps de la valve (2), de façon à éviter la rotation dudit boîtier extérieur par rapport audit corps de la valve (2) pendant le fonctionnement de l'arbre d'entraînement (1).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ladite paroi supérieure (55) est inclinée dans la direction dudit corps de la valve (2) .
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ladite paroi supérieure (55) a un élément annulaire (551) s'étendant dans la direction de l'arbre d'entraînement (1), lequel élément annulaire (551) est placé coaxial à l'arbre d'entraînement (1).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'interrupteur (4) est composé de deux éléments en forme de lame, dont un élément fixe (41) et un élément mobile (42) réalisés en matériau conducteur élastiquement déformable,
    l'élément mobile (42) étant déplacé par ledit élément de commutation de telle sorte que l'élément fixe (41) soit en contact avec l'élément mobile (42) avec l'interrupteur (4) dans la condition de fermeture et l'élément fixe (41) étant séparé par rapport à l'élément mobile (42) avec l'interrupteur (4) dans la condition d'ouverture,
    des éléments d'accrochage étant prévus pour fixer l'élément mobile (42) et/ou l'élément fixe (41) à au moins un des deux éléments conducteurs (31, 32).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, dans lequel les éléments d'accrochage sont composés de sièges de logement (43) obtenus dans l'épaisseur des parois de l'élément mobile (42) et de l'élément fixe (41),
    lesquels sièges de logement (43) ont une entrée pilote et une région de logement ayant un profil complémentaire à celui d'au moins une partie de la section desdits éléments conducteurs (31, 32).
