Definitions
- the present invention relates to a suspension device for a piece of furniture, in particular a suspended hanging furniture, to a counter-bearing which can be fixed to a wall according to the preamble of claim 1 and to a method for unhooking the suspension device.
- suspension devices are used for mounting on the wall hanging furniture and consist essentially of a fixable on a furniture rear and / or side wall housing and on the housing from a plane parallel to a base surface of the housing pivotally mounted support member and acts together with a a wall-mountable counter bearing.
- the support element itself has a hook part, such as a hook-like shaped head piece, which can be suspended in the wall-mounted counter-position.
- a securing element is arranged on the support element, with the unintentional release of the support member can be prevented from the anvil.
- a generic suspension device is for example from the DE 20 2012 012 377 U1 known.
- projections are provided on the support element, which engage under the mounting rail attached to the wall.
- the suspension device has a fixable on the furniture wall housing.
- a from a plane parallel to a base surface of the housing is pivoted out support member is arranged.
- the support element can be suspended from a wall mountable counter bearing.
- the support element in this case has a hook part which can be suspended in the counter bearing.
- a securing element for preventing unintentional release of the support element from the abutment is arranged on the support element.
- This securing element is deflectably arranged on the support element and positioned such that the securing element is engageable with a hooking of the hook member before reaching a hinged end position of the support member relative to the anvil by the anvil and upon reaching the end position of the support member in a support member against a hanging locking position automatically, acted upon by a return pivoting force, deflects.
- the return pivoting force can be introduced by a force accumulator or by the action of gravity on the movably mounted securing element. But it is also possible to carry out the design of the securing element as a leaf spring element, so that the return pivot takes place solely by the back bending of the leaf spring after reaching the hinged position on the counter bearing.
- the securing element engages under the counter-bearing in the blocking position at least partially, whereby a vertical lifting, and thus a detachment from the anvil, is prevented.
- the securing element has a blocking web projecting in the suspended position in the direction of the abutment.
- the securing element is pivotally mounted on the support element. This pivotal mounting allows engagement of the securing element when suspending the support member on the thrust bearing by advancing a portion of the anvil against the securing element.
- At least one on the support element supporting force storage preferably designed as a spring bar, arranged.
- the securing element is designed as a leaf spring element.
- the design as a leaf spring element is characterized by low manufacturing and material costs.
- This formed as a leaf spring element fuse element is preferably permanently attached to the support element, for example riveted.
- the support element in a direction transverse to the longitudinal axis and the base surface of the housing is adjustably fixed to the housing and thus allows a depth adjustment of the furniture relative to the wall.
- the fuse element takes according to a variant of the invention in the suspended state of the support element in the abutment even at maximum swung-out support element nor the locking against a securing locking position.
- the support element is adjustable in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the housing fixed to the housing, which allows a height adjustment of the furniture.
- the invention makes it possible to use the suspension also on thrust bearings on which no, serving for the lower grip bottom fold is made, since the blocking bar can be arranged for securing close to the hook, whereby costs and material are saved in the production of the anvil.
- the securing element takes in the suspended state of the support element in the abutment at maximum swung-out support element a releasing the furniture enabling release position.
- a suspension device designed in this manner can also be used, for example, for suspending furniture designed as a corner cabinet in which tilting for disassembly is not possible.
- such a suspension device also allows the attachment of two or more such suspension devices at different heights, in particular vertically above one another, which may be required for safety reasons, for example, in the case of very heavy furniture.
- the securing element is designed as a two-armed lever element with two arms and a blocking web connecting the arms.
- the fuse element is pivotally mounted on the support member such that upon pivoting of the support member in the pivoted-out position of the blocking web by bearing at least one of the free ends of the arms on the housing to the support element is pivoted into the release position and so a unhooking of the fuse element or allows the furniture without tilting movement.
- the free end of at least one of the arms of the securing element is formed in the direction of the housing extending support web.
- the pivot axis of the securing element is according to a preferred embodiment by mutually facing inner sides of the arms molded pivot pin formed, which are mounted in receptacles of the support member, wherein the pivot axis of the securing element between the pivot axis of the support element and the hook portion of the support member is arranged and the free ends of the arms extend beyond the pivot axis of the support element.
- the securing element is received in a recess of the support member and formed on a side facing the housing of the blocking web an extension which is in engagement with a hook part of a two-armed lever element formed deactivation. Accordingly, a separate component in the form of the deactivation part is provided here for deactivating the securing element.
- the deactivation member is preferably formed in this variant with two arms and a web connecting the arms, wherein the hook part is integrally formed on the web and wherein the deactivating part is pivotally mounted on the support member such that upon pivoting of the support member in the pivoted-maximum position of the blocking web the securing element can be pivoted into the release position by abutment of at least one of the free ends of the arms on the housing and the engagement of the extension with the hook part towards the supporting element.
- a movable between a neutral position and a deactivation position pressure pin is provided on the support element, with which the securing element from a release of the support member from the abutment preventing locking position in a release of the support element of the abutment enabling release position pivotable is.
- the securing element can be pivoted into its release position, independently of the position of the support element, in order to enable the suspension device or the furniture to be unhooked from the counterbearing.
- the pressure pin is particularly preferably designed as a pressure screw, which is received in a provided with an internal thread tab.
- the pressure pin is actuated through an opening in a rear wall of the furniture, through which an adjustment for adjusting the support element in a direction transverse to the longitudinal axis and the base surface of the housing is accessible.
- the invention also relates to a use of a suspension device, as described above, for hanging-safe hanging of a piece of furniture, in particular a hanging on a wall hanging furniture on a wall arranged on an abutment.
- top, bottom, left, right, front, back, etc. refer exclusively to the exemplary representation and position of the suspension device, the furniture, the housing, the support element, the securing element, and the like, as selected in the respective figures. These terms are not meant to be limiting, that is to say, by different working positions or the mirror-symmetrical design or the like, these references may change.
- FIG. 1 is designated by the reference numeral 100, a first embodiment of a suspension device according to the invention for a furniture 4.
